Hahaha! I hear u...
This is just too awesome. I am 61 years young and up until 8 years ago I used to train 3 hours per day, 6 days a week as a martial arts and kickboxing instructor. All of our exercises were some sort of body moment and body weight training. Recently, last year, I've been training exclusively with weights. Maybe it's just my body type, but I've been having some injuries related to lifting heavy weights. Eero is my hero, that rhymes, I am leaning towards his kind of workouts because, for me, it feels right. Besides, I feel more limber and agile, faster and stronger with this type of training. :) Thanks Eero.

Thank you, amazing to hear Tony. Bodyweight exercises are often more "natural" to do and as a result cause less joint pain than weights.

Thank you for the great video. Is there any conditioning movements for hips? I've been searching for that as warm ups before any martial art kickings.
@Vahvafitness
6 жыл бұрын
Thanks Ken. I actually got a kicking mobility here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gGepusOpqtrPabA.html . Typically many animal movements like the bear walk and different squats are also great for the hips / legs
Like these exercises, especially the lizard climber I was not familiar with that one! I was familiar with the pike push up. This looks similar to the Aztec push ups, but different. There is another variation of the Aztec which is the half Aztec. You mentioned it's similar to the "checkna.." it sounded like that from you, I don't know that one. The leaning push ups is actually the bear push up too. Another variation to the lizard climber is the lizard push ups and lizard or dragon jumps too.

Sir, how much time should I do my cardio training and how much time strength training? Can you please explain for me ,
@Vahvafitness

It depends on your goals, but I personally do 1-2 more cardio focused workouts per week and the rest are strength, mobility or movement.
What would be the recommended sets and reps?

Are you sure this safe on joints and tendons ? I guess it's pretty hard on the lower back too. May be modified for special needs. But, thanks for sharing.
@Vahvafitness
4 жыл бұрын
This type of training is rarely 100% safe especially with jumping. If you want 100% safe training it needs to be slow or isometric with light resistance (perfect for mobility). Proper mobility training prepares for training like this. I have a free mobility class you may find interesting at adayofmobility.com
Plz show me how to increase shoulders size

How much is work and rest time in these exercises? Is rest 10 sec, 30 or 2 min
@Vahvafitness
6 жыл бұрын
For strength endurance, try to minimize the rest. 10-30 seconds is a good range.
What shoes are you wearing?
@Vahvafitness

Merrell barefoot shoes, they are excellent
My wrists will kill me if I try this. I struggle to bend my hands upwards. Pressups are also tricky and I have to do them on fists.
I was trying to do it and I feel some pain in my hand,leg and stomach..I don't know if I am doing it in a wrong way or what.

@Vahvafitness

The song should be Dubday by Cymatix. It's ok to feel sore in the muscles if your body is not used to this kind of training - rest a lot and return stronger

Maybe I will, but the truth is that improving your posture is the way to increase your height. When you are younger, improving your diet and hormonal balance can also affect your height
