3 Easy Homemade Sauces | Thai Sweet Chilli, Thai Sriracha Sauce, Plum Sauce | Marion's Kitchen

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again… anything homemade just tastes better. These sauces are a testament to that - they're sweet but not sickly, delicately spiced with natural goodness and there are no nasties in sight. Because when you make it with your own hands in your own kitchen, you know everything that goes into it! Great with spring rolls, nuggets, chips, crispy wontons, money bags and more, these are my BEST and easy homemade sauces. Hope you'll love them as much as I do!

I've made this sriracha recipe! I literally burned my fingers after removing the seeds of 800g of red chili, and had some trouble sleeping for three nights. Wear gloves if you mean to do it! Despite the burn, the sauce was super worth it! :)
Love everything you do. So relaxing to watch you cook....you make all the recipes look effortless!
I was JUST thinking, I need to search your videos for sauces. Specifically, naam jim for kao maan gai, but this works.
I really like this plum sauce version - it's really tasty and a great way to preserve plum harvest at home. I'm also adding 2-3 Ghost pepper pods to the mix and they give the right amount of heat for a nice hot sauce (better than any store bough "just vinegar and bland heat" sauces)
Ok...now I know the difference between Thai sweet chilli sauce & sriracha sauce. Basically same ingredients but different techniques to make it. Tqvm for the recipe & tutorial 👍
I am so glad you offered the plum sauce. I have not found an easy and great sounding sauce before this. Yours looks wonderful.
Perfect- thank you.

Love the hair down!!
For Sweet Chili and Sriracha, I stick to the ones from my Asian supermarket. But a homemade Plum Sauce is always better than the store-bought ones. They are usually far too sweet and contain too many additives you do not want.
Wow so delicious recipe ♥️🥰🥰 thanks for sharing 👌👌 try Karna too banta hai 🧐😍 amazing recipe ♥️🥰 looking good 👍🙂😊 awesome presentation ♥️🥰..
Marion you are amazing 😍😍😍😍
Yummy

Nice
I do love a condiment. I made the sriracha and gave too much of it away for Christmas hostess gifts. Now i am out and stuck with store bought until I make more.
TFS Marion. Wondering about trying coconut sugar or date syrup instead of white sugar.
Thanks. Soon time to harvest both chili and plums here in Sweden. Will definitely make these. One question: why such a short storage time for the sweet chili sauce? Seems like it would keep for at least a couple of months.
i couldn't LOVE you more!
I need to try boiling it
Yep, those peppers have a kick. They have quite a few heat marks on them😊
Any way of making these sauces without a blender?
Is there a way that the the sauces can be kept in the cupboard not fridge? Do you have to water bath can them? Does anyone know?
I always have at least 2-3 homemade hot sauces
