Today, I’m sharing 3 easy high protein breakfast ideas that you can use for your weight loss goals. Protein is a huge component to achieving a weight loss goal because it helps to protect muscle mass while losing weight. Test out any of these high protein breakfasts for your weight loss journey!
🥜Vanilla PB Smoothie
Ingredients:
-10 oz. coconut milk
-1/2 serving vanilla protein powder *increase if you want more protein
-1/2 cup greek yogurt *increase if you want more protein
-2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
-1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
-1/2 banana OR 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice if carb sensitive
-1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
🍓Berries + Cottage Cheese
(Can swap cottage cheese for greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt with 1 serving protein powder stirred in)
Ingredients:
-1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (or plant-based yogurt + protein powder stirred in)
-1/2 cup frozen berries, thawed (or heated up)
-Coconut flakes
*can add nut butter, nuts/seeds depending on how active/how hungry you are.

I just discovered you last night. I went out and bought all the ingredients for that smoothie this morning...WOW!! it taste AMAZING!! Thank you so much - as per all the comments that came before me - you are AWSOME!
I make: Cup cottage cheese One tablespoon garlic One tablespoon chia seeds Chopped green onions Then I use some celery ribs to scoop the mix up and eat. Keeps me full for about 4-6 hours ❤

I love to “chew” my smoothies. Not a fan of coconut flakes. But in place of the peanut butter, I will add almonds or cashews at the end of the blending and only lightly blend to chop and leave some texture. I LOVE this combo. And yes, team cottage cheese!

I usually eat for breakfast skyr/greek yogurt (~250g) + seeds (chia, hemp, psyllium and linseeds) and berries🤤. is it possible to overdo it with seeds? what is the appropriate portion? (i do 2 tea spoon each!)! thanks a ton for your answer!!
I also add chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnut, almond to my cottage cheese along w berries

i always use frozen blueberries, but i pop them in the microwave oven for 1 minute 1st. then they are still cool, but no longer frozen. Awsome vid, i love it.

I was a smoothie doubter but your pina colada smoothie was thick rich and satisfying! I did end up adding 2 tblsp of avocado and didn’t taste it! I hate avocado but have now found something to hide it! Ty! Will try these recipes too.

Lolol almost all the fresh fruit and berries I buy go right in the freezer. Also raised on cottage cheese my fav. Usually also always have vanilla Greek yogurt in the fridge so I can go back and forth with my frozen fruit and berries love them
Team cottage cheese here. I use flax seeds in the cottage cheese bowl, but I’m gonna try coconut. Sound delicious.
Modified your Pumpkin Spice Grain-Free Keto Oatmeal and turned it into a Quick Bread by dropping the Almond Milk and increased all the amounts to use 1 can of pumpkin(15oz). Also added 1/4 cup of butter, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 eggs. It made two loaves and baked them for 45-50 minutes at 350F. Thanks

It’s funny because before I started intermittent fasting I had never even tried cottage cheese it just looked gross to me and now I’m eating it every morning with the blueberries, chia, coconut,cinnamon and nuts and I love it! Funny...my mom fed us cottage cheese n blueberries for dessert/breakfast a LOT! All types of berries, really. She was born in 1923. Even today, most moms still haven't caught up to her healthy meal/snack ideas! We also always had plenty hard boiled eggs, tuna salad, cole slaw, leafy greens and marinated garden veggies in the fridge! Pickles, sardines, kippers, good cheeses...and chicken.
Totally team cottage cheese-full fat, large curd:). I especially like the Good Culture brand. Great video. Really enjoy the recipes and your delivery. Well done!

Nice recipes, really liked the smoothie! One improvement suggestion for your videos would be to invest in a separate microphone. It would reduce the echoing and give your videos that premium feel.

I like cottage cheese. I just put it on a low carb bread from Clean Eating with alot of seeds. Yum! And sometimes I sprinkle some salt over it.

Team cottage cheese! (Adding this to the list of things I never thought I'd hear myself say.) My go-to cottage cheese bowl is savory -- I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I go for cherry tomatoes instead of berries and the everything bagel seasoning instead of coconut flakes. Super yum!

Hi...I'm only coming across you, only now, and the recipes look delish. These last few years I'm foraging and making fermented veggies. I'm practically living off salad....I just don't tire of it, especially with dandelions, plantain, dock, oregano and other greens/weeds from yard and garden. For my protein, and so you know, I'm 68...., I eat cheese or peanut butter on my krisps(sourdough). Into my salad I have a huge wack of Greek Yogurt. For sure I'll be searching out some grass-fed cow milk to make my own, as per your recipe :). Hehehe, I love peanuts and peanut butter and was thrilled to see you pull out your jar. My concern is that there's information out here that peanuts should be avoided because of mould. The suggestion is to go with nut butters like almond or ???. Your thoughts on this? thank you ahead, and I look forward to exploring your list of yt vids / playlists:) I

If you don’t make your own coconut milk, what store brand is best? All what brand of Greek yogurts. I am 57 and have definitely put on way too much weight with hormones, life and stress. @@AutumnBates I went to my friend's last night and she had a cottage cheese the food bank sent her that she didn't want so I grabbed it. I had it for breakfast this morning with 2 soft boiled eggs, an avocado, and grape tomatoes with fresh ground pepper and Himalayan pink salt. It was a win. I will have this meal again. I think next time, I will try adding brussel sprouts.
