In this video we tackle the first activity for Day 3 which is to silently vote on the Sketches from Day 2.
We begin with some tips for the facilitator to help them lay the sketches out on the board so that it is not obvious who drew what. Preferably, this should be done in advance of the session. After this you will begin a 20 minute silent dot voting session.
Each participant will review the sketches in silence and add an unlimited number of green dots (for ideas they like) and purple dots (for ideas they want to learn more about) to the sketches. Dots can be added to a sketch as a whole, to a particular part of a sketch or even to a specific word. This will create a heatmap of the areas people most want to discuss in the next exercise.
