In this video we tackle the final 30 minute activity of the day; Map + Target.
We will start by revisiting the map we created earlier in the day. Does it require changes since we spoke to our experts? If so, make those changes but keep the solution high level for now. Next we will layer our Ranked priorities and most important HMWs onto our Map.
The goal is to identify the 2-3 most important steps in your flow that are critical to get right if the project is to succeed. These steps will form the basis of our solutionising work in Day 2.
