In this video we tackle an optional, 30 minute activity called "Stack Ranking". If you have time to incorporate this into your Sprint we highly recommend doing so.
This exercise is excellent for getting team alignment and for identifying areas of your product you should focus on now in your MVP (Minimum Viable Product), soon (maybe in a Version 1 or Version 2) and later (in 2+ years' time).
We also explain the concept of "Basics, Performance & Delighters" when choosing what to focus on for your MVP. We use the Travel Bucket app to give examples of the type of discussions and output you can expect from completing this exercise.
