I always say go with your first intuition. If the two surviving roommates were males they would have been arrested. This case is so unfair because of the two alive roommates being female. Plus the timeline being changed. Law enforcement needs to be honest and be trustworthy on other killers being out near the University.

I want to continue to look at Bryan with a clean slate, if that makes sense. So many others are labeling him as a Monster without real evidence. I have kids his age so maybe its the mom in me. If its him i do not feel he acted alone. I want every single person involved to be held accountable.

I should always wait until I have watched the entire thing. You even said they will rush for an arrest and probably have the wrong person.

I do still think there was more than one person doing this, but were the people who did this had 2 agendas? Like one was after one person and the other was there to silence them all?

At 17:37 when you are reading a cards from Kaylee, she mentions "I was going to help" could this be with what she knew?? Kaylee was planning on going to the cops with her information? And at 27:23 Maddie feels "let down" by roommates, I get the feeling Maddie knew that the roommates knew what was happening (to a degree) and chose to not help or call 911... thoughts?

So, does this mean, the killer was already in the house, waiting? That would explain why the noise "prior" to their arrival should have alarmed the surviving roommates?

You're amazing, Ashley. You absolutely nailed what bedroom the girls were in together that night. (You must have done that reading before the authorities revealed where their bodies were found.) I also think we're going to find out that the timeline for these murders was much earlier than DM said and what officials believe. It makes absolute sense to me that they were frantically calling K's ex-boyfriend because they were terrified, and after K made the last call (at 2:44) their calls abruptly stopped. It makes perfect sense to me that the calls stopped because the killer made it to their room. So, what about BK white Elantra being seen driving repeatedly around the house, etc? I think it either wasn't him or...maybe someone picked him up with his car after the murders.

And since this is someone they "really knew" how well could they have known BK?! 🤔 I dont know why I can't shake the feeling of it's not him. I see him more as the planner or driver. Just in my opinion.

Steve Concalves had said if they were scared they would have called 911 but clearly not. 😢

I don’t know if you’ll see this because it’s now August 2023. I think you’re pretty spot on in this reading but since that time so much more has come out that we and you know now. In the beginning just about everyone thought that the girls were killed because of a rejection. We now pretty much know it was because of drugs. The theory that they were being stalked was also wrong but it probably came from Kaylee for sure and possibly Maddie were being watched but because one or both of them talking about the drug situation. There had to be more than one person involved in the killings and you know that now too. I just hope and pray that all the guilty parties will be found out and prosecuted. It’s so hard to understand what kind of people would savagely kill those kids to save their drug operation. I hope they burn in Hell!

Something was either taken out of that building or planted to much time in between for me. Drugs would take 10 min to clear out so I’m guessing there is more to it than that

In the beginning Todd Segal had said that Bryan was very troubled internally. He makes up different characters and stories in his head. BUT that his energy was DIFFERENT from what he got from the killers. Very interesting. I'm going to re-watch Todd's video where he said it

Do you think your picking up on both BK & QK is some of these, like not necessarily knowing BK, but knowing QK through DM and QK and the link assigned BK and are the connections to him? Specifically talking about when Maddie wishes she would of said more or done more, feeling like something was off, that they knew this person, been more precautious, uncomfortable with the energy of this person was that when QK / DM are and he was after K.

The dog was upstairs in Kaylee's room with the door shut. The roommates heard a lot commotion going on upstairs with dog barking so the roommates assumed that what was happening. I'm sure they knew more. Dylan was in on it.

If you have already spoken about what I’m gonna ask, please forgive me. Nobody ever talks about Cara (Xana’s mom) and this crime. She trafficked drugs and burglary and in and out of jail. What if it's not two people but two personalities or some other type of mental health disorder that would cause him to feel like it's reality when it isn't (schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder, etc.). Maybe that is what you keep picking up on with the two people. Maybe it's all him, but his energy feels different. It would explain the intensity with which these crimes occured but also explain his calm and austere demeanor.

Chris McDonough's tour of the grounds of the house on King Street showed a ladder leaned up against the house to the second floor, yet no one to my knowledge has ever explained the ladder's presence or purpose. Is this how the killer got in the house or not?
