I have to add one more Door Dash theory… maybe it was to lend credibility to D’S testimony/ statement that this was a house full of activity, even the early hours of the morning, hard to be sure what was going on. And possibly to create a valid point of entry at trial, if tunnels were indeed used.. which IMO they were.

I wonder if D thought the one person that would be unalived was Kaylee. If so, her inviting her to the sorority party hints at guilty knowledge of what was going to happen. Very scary stuff. Thank you for not giving up on this case, Ashley! At about 12 minutes you mentioned a tunnel: there are steam tunnels under the school and they snake throughout the town and under Greek Row. People have videotaped themselves down there. Maybe it’s a clue. I think the killers could enter and exit via the tunnels and that would explain why there’s no outdoor blood trail or video of the killers breaking in or leaving. PS: I hope Gavin is doing better. I used to get anxiety about school too 💙

Okay, I always get so thrown off because many readers see this case two different ways and I can't see how they connect or which one it is lol. One hand - the male is obsessed with one woman and wants her to himself. Other hand - many were in on this and it's because they are protecting the organization. 🤯 my brain is always scrambled eggs after this one. I keep getting in my mind whilst watching- every time that door dash is mentioned and the ritual card comes up is that it was a ritual of Xana and Ethan to order DD for 4am because E had to be back at the frat by 4.30 am... so it was done to make people think that they were alive when they weren’t

flowerface Many weeks ago on a different platform, they discussed Sigma Chi Fraternity members in detail showing pics of everyone at their party. They also named a Fraternity member who talked about sending Xana a Door Dash order "as a joke". I didn't understand how that could be understood as a joke so never forgot that comment. Over the following weeks several people mentioned the unlikelihood of Xana ordering a second food order that night using Door Dash since Xana told her dad on the phone around midnight that she and Ethan were eating ( I think she said pizza) while watching a movie at home at that time. Those people questioned the likelihood of Xana ordering more food after telling her father about filling up on pizza at midnight. Following the previous discussions of the 4:00 am Door Dash delivery for Xana, it was stated that the very late food order was "so like Xana" and that appeared to end the questioning of the Door Dash delivery around the time of the killings. I was not surprised to hear on this video that Xana had not made the Door Dash order.

I also remember the words LE used regarding the door dash in that it was ordered using her account, not necessarily it was she who ordered. I couldn’t help but get this feeling that when you pulled the Tunnel card along with water supply and ritual, that he was telling you it has something to do with the tunnels. That was awesome info. I can tell it tired you out. I do not dig too deep into the darker side of it bc I just do not feel like I can but I did get that Ethan being the only male there had an effect on the persons who did this, I also felt Ethan felt like he needed to protect since he was the male there and I feel awful bc I think he tried. I would take their place, I know things happen for a reason, it makes me sad and mad. I hope that town wakes up parents should be asking so many questions before just letting their kids go off to college, what was once supposed to be furthering education to help their adult life seems not to be the main focus and SHAME on anyone that is supposed to be making it safe for these kids who don't!

I believe X & E bodies had the most DNA evidence bc was t planned & caught off guard and is why they were placed in the shower & locked in bathroom... to wash off every bit of blood and anything else ... This case hurts my head but i can't get away from it. The door dash had to be to throw everyone off the scent re the times of deaths? Also, i don't understand, if they wanted Xana and Ethan sleeping then why did they ring the door dash to start with (obviously they're going to have to go to the door to get it) oh the penny's just dropped with me, that's when they wanted Xana to find them? Then again, that's not giving themselves much time to get out of the way after the murders? I don't know as there's so much more to this but i do believe Dylan knew everything that was going down that night.🤷‍♀️ And if it's true that Dylan arranged for 1 of them to be her plus 1 that night surely that in itself is a problem for her? It appears that the people who were in the house the night of the crime knew what was occurring in someway, because they didn’t have any fear for themselves, because they never called for help. It was a long time between the crime and the call for help. Then, in between have time to call your Greek family. The reactions of the persons in the house were not normal reactions. Hummmmmmmm! *This is for the person who wanted a reading on EB parents. I just have a couple of questions. 1. How do you know they put the house up for sale "all of a sudden"? Was it not listed and then the next day it was? That's generally how it works. If these people had never mentioned it previously and had begun remodelling with a long term goal such as making the home wheelchair accessible and creating wider doorways or maybe putting in a pool for future grandkids and perhaps they spoke of when their kids would inherit the home someday and then BAM! It was listed, yes, that would be them selling suddenly. That might surprise some folks. I would say people like neighbors, co workers or the guy who sits across the aisle in church every Sunday. Maybe they talked about selling their home everyday for the last 2 years, but things weren't in place career wise or family wise just yet but now they are. You sound like you just want to stir the pot.Because I'm thinking that if you dont know why their home is for sale, there's a chance that you may not even know these people. I could be wrong of course, but I would think if you did know these people yet you are asking a medium to tell you why their home is for sale suddenly, that you don't know them at all, or you do know them and they didn't tell you for a reason. 2. Why is it anyone's business but their's? Are you an extremely dedicated employee repesenting someone they owe money to? You're going to ask a complete stranger (who is amazing and wants to help people with real issues) to decipher the meaning behind people you have never met selling their home? Seriously? 3. Do you think you are going to unearth a nugget from gleaning this knowledge from Ashley? Were you going to blow this case wide apart by exposing why a couple who has a daughter that's in a bad position right now and their name has been drug through the mud by no fault of their own and now it's attached in a very unflattering way to a quadruple homocide in a town where they live and work? They live in that King Road neighborhood and people think that EB lives there but she doesn't. Do you think there's a chance that they may be suffering some harassment from this? Maybe they just want to leave this behind them. It's been 10 months. They probably didn't hear a lot intially, but I'm sure it has really increased in the last several months. But did you think you were going to blow the lid off of this case by digging into the affairs of people who have nothing to do with it? What sort of reason were you hoping to hear given as to why the house was for sale? What difference would it make if the answer was because they wanted a fresh start, someone found a job they liked better or it paid more but was located somewhere else? What if it was a yearly inspection that detected the same frickin asbestos issues as 1122? Suppose they have an aging parent who now needs more involved care. Maybe the foundation is structurally not sound. Maybe it's haunted or they put it up for bond and didn't make a payment. Maybe it's harassment from strangers who need to dig into their personal lives for entertainment purposes like you're trying to do. 3. Does it not seem the least bit wrong, inappropriate, creepy, sleazy, disturbing, unnecessary, borderline illegal and just waaaaay too nosy to be asking one stranger to find out about the reasons why some other strangers are conducting their own business but you're not privvy to the details? That's terrible! 4. Does it make a difference in how you go about your day? Will it change anything in your life? Will it enrich your life? Will it change how you deal with your own issues or challenges or routines? Will bad things beigin to happen in your life if you do not find out the answer to your question? Will it cost you financially, physically or spiritually? Can you see how pointless your quest is in the big picture? Do you realize how you present yourself to others with your request? It seems like you are asking sweet Ashley who is a bright light for all of us and especially as serving as the beacon of hope and giving voice to the 4 victims. Does it seem like a request she would want to respond to? She's not going to enable you to dig into someone's private affairs like that. She is for the good and light, not the tongue wagging pot stirrers. I'm sorry. I cannot suppose as to what she may or may not do. I just can't see her in that light. Please rethink your actions though. EB's parents don't want any of this happening I'm sure.

I believe that Dylan took over Xana's previous job of selling drugs at the house and Emily was the spy who reported information on to the link perhaps through an additional person. Remember, Xana got her dad to fix the lock on her bedroom door because she believed that Emily, a neighbor, was snooping through things in her bedroom while Xana was gone.

That’s what I was thinking. Apparently one of the workers said door dash was ordered and delivered by the same person. He thought that was odd .. I also thought Emma delivered for them.,,
