Not a big deal, he's holding the steering wheel with his left hand, when he adjusted the mirror. If this was a manual, the right hand would be going off the steering wheel several times to change gear.

I have also a Clio Rs Trophy stock and in this video the tune is very bad. Its not 250hp because the stock one reach the 100-200 in 19 sec. This 250 HP in like 17 sec. A good tune with 240-250 HP should be able to do it in 14.5-15-5 sec

I second that. I’m also owning a ph2 RS Trophy and even a stock one reaches that top speed. Tuned ones should also be able to reach 240kmh easily.

My 225 Hp Fiesta ST also does 240kmh. Different car but similar power and also 1.6 engine.

I have a Clio RS18 which is basically the same car as this ph2 trophy. The Akra exhaust sounds better on the RS18 in race mode and highly doubt this car is 250hp (seems a little slow looking at in gear acceleration and the fact I took my car to 235kph stock).

Modern cars are heavy and big (frontal area) so difficult to achieve speed. Back in the 1980s 200hp was enough to achieve 240kph (eg Ford Sierra Cosworth). Nowadays you need 50% more power for the same speed.

13 seconds for that specification seem very low. Is there video evidence? Anyway, at those speeds the aerodynamics play an important role and the rcz is ofc a lot better than a hatchback.

Isn't it a bit odd that this 250HP 1.6Turbo has the same acceleration and top speed as a 2.0 N/A Civic Type R EP3 with 200HP? I think renault has been careful with it's numbers :D

Compare a Lamborghini V10 to Audi R8 Lamborghini has 50 more horsepower and 50 more torque. It depends how an engine is tuned
My clio 0.9 does 0-100 in 12-13 seconds, it is weird for me to see a fast clio like that lol

6th gear is usually for fuel economy. If it had more gears like 7 speed it would be different

How is IT possible that this car only goes 232 ? Because my Audi A3 sportback from 2007 (257hp) does 255kph
Also rein vom Eindruck den das Video vermittelt könnte das Auto ein etwas weicheres Fahrwerk vertragen. Härter ist nicht immer besser. Wirkt sehr nervös.
