25 Minute Barre Inspired Arms and Abs Workout | Barre Strong | At-Home

All you need is a bench or chair, light DBs, and a mat for this 25 minute barre inspired arms and abs workout! We combine traditional strength exercises with a barre-like flair during this high volume workout. This is continuous; there is one break when we transition fro our warm-up to our DB exercises We have 25 exercises today. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds each. We are moving to 130BPM but if needed go slower and go at your own pace! If needed, you can also rest/pause and continue to rep it out once you feel recovered. Low impact minus the third exercise where you can make it low impact by stepping out and in instead of hopping out and in. If you have any wrist issues, to modify you may: take it to the forearms, grab DBs to place your wrist in a neutral position, or place a small towel roll underneath the palm to alleviate any pressure.

We are working out to 130 BPM. I dub the music over what I'm listening to, so the 8-count beat may be a little off.We are moving at a certain tempo, but if needed slow it down. Find a tempo that you can maintain. You do not have to go at my speed, everyone is unique!

    I just started following you and doing your workouts. I usually do boxing but i felt like I needed a little something in between, so far I love following you. As I mentioned I am new, so I haven't see all your videos. I would love some routines where a barre ball is involved. Thank you for making this available for everybody!

    Holy cow this was a burner!! Had to make a few of these rest pause sets but feeling so proud of myself for doing this with 5lb DBs and maintaining form throughout 🎉

    Love your workouts! I just started following you and I’m seeing results! Especially in my legs😊 I do have a wrist injury and I love that you offered an alternative option for comfort. Any other suggestions will be helpful for wrist injuries in other workout videos you do in the future will be AWESOME!!

    I’ve been on a roll with exercise all year but for the past two weeks it’s really a struggle. My mind wouldn’t let me finish this workout but I did about half. Certainly a tough routine

    Oeeehhh did this one after a Total Body I did earlier this week, which still has me walking around like a duck from the sore legs 😅.
