This is an excellent tutorial but I think it might be the voice or sound that's not coming through smoothly, but I agree it's an excellent video. I am excited to make these dumplings really soon. 😋They look so yummy.

Cause peoples prefer to watch fake cooking hacks... Its sad truth but lots of people is not interested about the real process - they want flashy nonsense that takes 5 min even if it not work... Mandy videos show honest process of making something so lazy peoples are not interested... And we as a culture on west became so lazy and spliled

I love the number 4. It's quite easy, yet so pretty. When I made gyoza and mandu... I didn't really how to fold, so I just clap the circle into a half circle. It was still tasty though. But I think one method for me is fine to impress other people.

I follow a lot of cooking channels, and there are very few where I come away feeling like I learned as much as this one.

This woman is awesome, her teachings are so valuable, her cooking and attention to detailed explanations are at another level.

Top tier dumpling video. I nearly mastered the chive box by rewatching her finger motions about 100 times

My favorite one is ALL OF THEM! I could eat them all, maybe not in one sitting, it might take me two LOL They are so beautiful and you make it look so easy too. Dumplings (or pot stickers as we call them) are one of my most favorite dishes. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise!

She does make it look easy I'm the same I'm going to try each and every one of them but first I've got to learn how to make the dough because store-bought dough is hard to work with just making regular dumplings

This is fantastic, and the directions and examples are so clear. I thought making the fancy dumplings would be difficult. You’ve shown that it is really just a matter of a little patience. Some are even easier than the traditional purse shape.

A few days ago I made my own dumpling dumpling wrappers - so now I'm obsessed with making dumplings. This video gives me more inspo to make more dumplings. I live it!

I used to work at an American Chinese restaurant. The owner is Cantonese, now American and a war hero. Everyone looks up to him. Anyway, there was a Chinese lady who made all the dumplings and that's all she did. She was very good at it and I would divide my attention to my own duties to watch her work. While my work may have suffered a bit, I did learn from her.
