The NBA actually tried to intervene. They successfully fought tooth and nail to overshadow AI with Kobe, only to find out he'd be most toxic pos on the court since MJ. Followed by the fan punching, gun carrying, ref cursing group, racist (Spreewell, Arenas, R Wallace, K Martin etc). Now we have the rise of the professional amateur thanks to youtube. This may be the worst lot of them all. Lebron, Steph, KD have been trying to fix this but the horse has already left the barn.

@@coltononline Fix what? A lot of the showboating is a copy cat of showboating at the NBA level. One kid started air guitar after making a shot. Russell Westbrook does that. Putting up 3s on your arm while talking, Lebron, putting your hand down showing they are too small to guard them, pretty much anyone in the NBA. Fixing nothing, just giving them more ammo to showboat. One kid made a shot and ran over to the opposing bench and starting yapping to the players sitting down.

Stop rewarding this. Can we please, I mean I am begging every coach, parent, school administrators, AAU people, please reign on these kids attitudes? Can we start playing ball again, all this dancing and showboatting gotta go. Of course get a little hype when you make a good play for you and your teammates, but this look at me stuff has to go. Remember back in the day when we just used to just point to the dude that gave us the pass and then got back on defense. These kids need to start being humble and work. Represent yourselves, your family, and your team/coaches/schools/areas better. If we don't start teaching them at this age, I hate to say it and I pray that it doesn't happen but NIL's are going to make us lose a lot of kids before they even get to exhibit their talents at higher levels. I know most of you know what I mean. Please win with class and lose with class. Sports is to raise men, not whatever this is. I might be jumping to conclusions and if I am, please prove me wrong. Please.

Everybody is thinking what can I do for more exposure. I was a college Big 10 athlete, and I do believe these kids deserve to be paid for their image and likeness. I don't want us to go back to the exploiting ways of athletes, but I don't want it to cost us a generation. Primitive, M.J, football players, basketball players, track, whatever, put in the work first, got to a level where they were the best. They told people because they could. If they couldn't talk, people did for them. You are 10. 11, 12, 13, every ok athlete will dominate people of their age group. If you are a freshman dominating seniors in big time schools, you can maybe start to begin to get hype for yourself and your team, but remember there is always someone better. Work hard, play hard, become a great person who plays sports.

I'd like to see a two or three middle school Allstar Teams added to WNBA schedule and change the name to WNBA and the Kids. Attendance would skyrocket and the kids could make some money. Plus we'd get to see some dunks at those games. It's an idea to help the ladies. You couldn't keep me away from those mixed games.

Absolutely no defensive rotation at all. Over dribbling the ball. Carrying. Hero ball. They're not passing the ball to make the defense over commit. Now you know why the NBA is going to be terrible in terms of how the fundamentals of the sports are utilized by the future ballers
