another quick but effective early morning pre-work session? Here we go, during the first 5 minutes we get our body warmed up, then we'll have a 1 min on / 1 min off ladder up to 36 strokes per minute. Then a 3 minute recovery phase to be prepared for a 5 minute medium/high intensity section at around 28 SPMs. For the final 6 minutes we will cool down and relax...
