    Great videos and workout, i’m a beginner and i do rowing for weight loss, any suggestion which one to Do it?

    first and foremost, I'd suggest to have fun. if it's no fun, you won't find long term motivation: why do anything you don't like? Having weight loss in mind, usually I'd suggest you to do long low intensity sessions. Possibly in the morning, when you had no breakfast before. Just a cup of coffee - then row for 30 minutes or more at low relatively low heart rate. (blue zone on i.e. garmin watches) Have your breakfast after the session. If you manage to sit for 60 minutes as a beginner, then do it - the longer, the better. There is no too long if you are doing it right, but there is no meaning in doing long sessions in case your butt (or any other part) hurt because you just began rowing. Interval training might be good for your health too but might actually have relatively low impact on your weight. In addition higher stroke rates often lead to 'wrong' posture (in on-water-rowing terms) in beginners - which might cause some other issues on the long run.

    for god sake dont do the 40.30 the music will drive you mad, just do what your doing friend , dont take to much information in, just do what feels right for you,be realistic with your goal, your going to burn 100 calories off for every ten minutes, so it,s going to be a long process, but dont just look at it as a calorie burner you will be building muscle as you go along more muscle the more time you will be able to do, your mind is as equally important when it comes to rowing, keep going have your head in the right place when you start your session and you will get to where you want to be, but again it will be a long process nothing comes easy when it involves weight loss, and stop thinking about food all the time 😋🥫👍 good luck friend

    @@francopalandra4475 commenting on the 60 min session as a beginner you will never do it you will be bored out of your skull in no time, that isn't a realistic goal for a beginner, and if you did manage to do it i promise you , you wont go near your rower ever again !
