2022 Triumph Scrambler XC- Where does it fit?
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is the Iconic Triumph Scrambler XC and I just purchased it. How does this beautiful motorcycle fit in? Is it a true adventure bike or just an imposter? This is the story of how I came to the decision to jump in feet first and buy this wolf in sheep clothing. It's bike that looks good in leather, a three piece suit or adventure gear and it doesn't look like a transformer! The triumph Scrambler is finally living up to its heritidge or is it? Don't forget to like -Share-Subscribe and just remember, "I'm just a man in a cave causing mayhem!" Thanks for all your support. Awesome you will love this bike!!! Ride safe my friend 👍🏻
I’ve got one and I love how it looks and rides. I’ve put a screen on and engine guards as well as the Triumph pannier. Enjoy your new ride; I think you’ll love it

Thanks my friend 👍🏻
If you’re a fan of the Triumph Scrambler, read Forgotten Road by Randall Arthur. The whole last half of the book highlights the Scrambler in numerous, fantastic adventures. The book is a work of fiction, but supposedly the adventures in the book are all based on Arthur’s real-life experiences. Randall Arthur is the author of the bestselling novel Wisdom Hunter. On a side note, Forgotten Road is a faith-based novel.
I know a guy that rides a klr650 from Mississippi to his camp in Alaska every year.

That’s covering some distance👍🏻
It wasn't really clear in the video, so why was this particular new bike cheaper than the other identical ones they were selling?

It was a new bike with 0 miles on it being sold as a used bike. Some promotional deal. So it worked out pretty good 👍🏻
I know a guy that rode his GS from Dallas to Alaska and back. Took him 30 days and 13000 miles. Next trip he was going to Argentina. He asked me to tag along and I said no freaking way. I haven’t heard from him since and I think the cartel might have got him

Thanks my brother 👍🏻
how much did you end up paying for the 2022 XC ?
@ManCaveMayhem
Жыл бұрын
If I recall, it was about 14,000 and some change out the door.

Just paid that on a new 2023. God forbid I had waited on a 2024 model.

@@bobjohnson1633 : your better off with the 2023. The 2024 is a different. The display, the brake calipers, the foot, and the suspension. It’s a little drop in quality so they could lower the price. From 2020 to 2023 is the best models. Yah done good in my opinion. How do you like that bike ?

@@ManCaveMayhem : sounds about right. I paid $12, for a 2023, then sales tax, insurance, registration, it’s close to $14 Plus another $1000 for a helmet and comm system. Which the comm system I don’t use because I ride alone. That $400 was a waste. Do you live the bike ?
I'm looking at 2022 xc. They want 16 out the door. Seems high

They are pricey! I paid about 14,500 for mine

@@ManCaveMayhem thanks for the info, I would definitely go 14,5. I couldn't get them at the right price so I ended up with a 2017 Scout for 9,2- 5k mi.
Noticed the bike stalled when put in gear. That's the dreaded stalling issue that Triumph refuses to acknowledge.

That was actually operator error on my part🤣 I haven’t had an issue with that ever happening on my bike anyhow. And I hope I don’t!

Never had that happen on my xc in the 3yrs I've had it hasn't missed a beat!

That was fixed on the 2022 and there is a rather inexpensive solution (Booster Plug) for the previous models.
Jeez, no protection whatsoever, not even a pair of gloves. Just as well that „greasy“ new tyre didn‘t slide out from under you. Stay safe, because you‘ll need all the good luck you can get.
