When I do pipes I just take off the right hand side engine mount and you can easily get in there no worries at all

I run 820 on my bike Kool, I was wondering why you left the silencer plug on for the install.

When you buy it the spark arrestor comes uninstalled

They help the bike run cooler as well keep that in mind. Runs cleaner as well.

I think the exhaust companies should start putting the exhaust plugs in with each order. Makes it easier for us to wash our bikes so we don't get water in them from washing the bikes. What's everyone's thoughts?🤔

I know this is old but i just bought this exhaust for my 23 yz250f and it came with the plug! FMF must be doing this now.

I put full fmf exhaust on my 2018 yz 250f and it runs bad. Bike won’t even stay in the air when I pick it up. Thoughts?

Did it run fine before? A simple exhaust swap shouldn’t have that dramatic of an affect on how the motor runs

I just put one on my 23 and I’m confused on if the muffler inside the slip on is supposed to twist back and forth. I bought it new but that doesn’t seem normal to me. Like when I put my wash plug inside I can literally twist the the thing inside back and forth. If that makes sense

That is the spark areestor that you feel moving. It is just held there by a ring at the end of the exhaust that keeps it from falling out but it doesnt keep it feom spinning around.

Yes, to clear chassis

You could have just used a wrench as well if you can’t get those swivels

You could’ve held the parts in your hand and weighed yourself then subtract whatever weight you are without the parts.

Ma perché questa mania di sostituire sempre e comunque il silenziatore? Io ho la stessa moto e con il silenziatore originale va benissimo.

All you need to do is hold that stuff and stand on the scale simple as that

Hit 50 hours, mainly preventative maintenance. Also burning a tad bit of oil, no performance loss though.

Will a 2022 yz250f exhaust fit a 2022 yz250fx?

@@Brand0953 yes, the fx and f is the same exact bike shape wise through 19’ and 22’ I believe

It’s on right it just looks weird cause of where the marks are on the block is different than most bikes
