I find it cool that the Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Audio System utilizes technology that replicates a movie theater setting. Usually, there aren’t many cars out there in this world that produce sound that is advanced as it is modern.

Why would you want a movie theatre setting sound? Unless you are watching top gun in your UI… you want it to replicate a high end audio system experience as much as possible. Surround sound is not always a good thing and too much of it definitely ruins the quality of music.

Glad to catch this review on the B&W in the X7; you seemed to have given straight non biased information on the pro’s and con’s. It probably depends a little on on the devices that it’s recorded on, and of course what we are listening to it on as we view this video, but I was disappointed in the lack of bass from a sound system of this caliber. Thanks again for a honest review.

would love to see the s class 4d system with the bass intensity feature.

How do I switch off or deactivate the speed volume regulator on the B&W? There's no separate option to deactivate it but just adjust. No matter what I do, it goes up and down with speed

Hi, from what I've been seeing, these 3 brands of car sounds are exceptional, but there's always a better one, which one do you think is better, you've tried them all. Bowers & Wilkins Bang & Olufsen Meridian Surround.

Good ears

As of 9/10/22 Bowers and Wilkins sound system are no longer offered by BMW, probably due to the chip shortage. I was on of the last people to be able to order this sound system on my new 840i which is no on the ship heading for the U.S. Just an FYI

I think we'll add some new ones in soon. But members can request custom songs for any car

Try please Celin dion then you look at me. I heard details at the beginning of that song in Jaguar meridian reference system, I didn't hear it with other systems. Thanks

I own an X7 with B&W and I have to admit that it is inferior to the ML in GX. So bland.
