You don't even need to own one. Just take it for a drive to test the audio system and you'll end up doing stupid things like that 🤣🤣 You'll also forget where your blinkers are and you'll have to be the first to leave at every traffic light.

Thank you, it's nice to finally hear what the system sounds like after people have been raving about it for so long, but always overlooking sharing the sound !

Savagegeese said the Volvo V90 Bowers & wilkins was the best system under 100k in a SUV. Revel in the Lincoln Nautilus was the best under 70K. Lexicon in the Genesis G90 & Jaguar XJ's Meridian also ranked the best under 100k for sedans. Worth mentioning, if you like to use AUX input or CD's and want the best system. Your only option sold new today would be a Lexus such as the New ES, LS500, or LC500! If you want discrete 5.1CH surround sound, your only option is a 2021 Acura with ELS 3D. A bonus is the AUX input for 2ch listening from a music player!

The best sound you can hear in a car today is the Bentley Naim. For normal premium brands, it is the A8 B&O Advanced package. B&0 makes many models today and it is not liked by everyone because it mostly uses cheap materials, but everything is quite different in the A8 B&o Adv. The quality is very high with the acoustic lens, Neodymium magnets and the woofers used in improved Beolab 2.

I’ve owned the Volvo V90 & it’s beautiful, words can’t describe it

I love the B&W sound system so much that when I do my CPO purchases, I can only get this system. I'll never buy another BMW without. I had the 2018 M550 and I'm looking at the 2021 now but I don't think they came with it so I'll go after the 2020.

One imp question at 12:44 when the beat drops it souds awesome and more than enough bass but u mentioned it at the end that the bass is not that much and my question is im watching the video with my iphone and regular apple earpods does it sound the same irl or at least close (i mean the bass)?

I’m curious to hear this system as at first I was impressed with the Audi s5 bang and olufsen but after some time it’s pretty meh. My biggest complaint is the 3D effect in the sound settings. With it off only 13 out of the 19 speakers work. The tweeters on the A piller near the roof liner, the 2 that are in each corner of the dash and the 2 speakers on the rear parcel completely go off when the 3D effect is off. So if you want this system so sound decent you must have 3D off but then it’s only a 13 speaker set up…. No midrange adjustment. Also surround volume only works when the 3D effect is one. So besides treble and bass there is no adjustments available. The subwoofer has a separate Bass control which is very nice to see

BMW with B&W make the absolute best car audio systems hand down. Sat in an iX with the 30 speaker B&W ands it's mind blowing. The MY definitely has the best of all BMWs..... acoustically it's the best. Next I'd say would be some of Audi's Bang & Olufsen would be a close 2nd. Nine of these systems will play to have the bass that's just obscene. They play with the punch, the clarity and the immersion that you can expect from home systems that cost more than the average home in the US. Hearing the bass from the car in the next lane doesn't make a good audio system, sorry. And he couldn't be more correct, it's about the silence as well. Amazing hit by B&W and BMW.

@@v12-s65u speak out of somewhere u shouldnt, I own a 2023 velar with the meridian sound system and my 2022 x4m comp harman kardon sounds better, now lets not compare bowers and Wilkins lol. The vogue has good speakers too but the x7 bowers and Wilkins is way superior

@@afegasdf76y123e did I talk about the Velar intelligent fella? The Velar has trash sound. They f uped everything with that, the bass is catastrophic. Harman/Kardon is better but yet nowhere. How I know? Friend with Velar signature sounds way worse than in an Evoque for example let alone the L405. Heard almost every new bmw with H/K. And bowers for normal bmw's overrated as hell. The 5 series bowers has maaany complains about it being absolutely horrendous for the price, just like the Velar. You can't generalize one brand by one car model, they mostly sound different, having different setups. That's why I specifically mentioned the L405 and that 1700w 29 speaker setup kicks ass any H/K, which are all mid. Volvo Bowers is top, burmester high end also good but less of a natural sound and about these other mark levinson stuff whatever no idea. Meridian surround in the old Evoque 5 times better than Meridian Signature in the Velar

When you turn it up all the way, does the loudness satisfy you?

is the bass reduced when you turn volume up ? the harmon kardon the bass reduced when I turn volume up.

Which is better, the Mark Levinson 17-speaker Lexus audio system or the Harman Kardn BMW audio system?

@@lolok1099 Bmw and Mercedes haven‘t ordered enough processors at the chip manufacturers. They thought Coivd would result in less Customers but it didn‘t. Also the NFC features and wireless charging isn‘t available. For Mercedes you can‘t get the higher Burmester, Multi Beam and Argumented Reality Navigation.

Unfortunately we haven't had a chance to try it. However, I would imagine it'd be a noticeable step down.

Listening to this with my sony earbuds and holy shit does that sound system sound good, it's definitely gonna be better irl. Definitely getting myself a G30 now. Do you know if the B&W in the pre LCI is the same as this?

@@v12-s65 well i got one now and the sound system is really good, but I'd say the premium system in the F10 is a tiny bit better. The bas lacks a little punch, but you hear literally everything. Definitely check one out.

@@TheOneWhoSimps Dealers won't really let me without any interest in buying the car. Even if so... it probably needs a lot of time to find the right setting, that's what I had with the Burmester (which is nothing crazy, although he gave it an A-rating...) Is it worth over harman/kardon? Probably has better bass.. Have you tried to adjust the lows with the equalizer?

It's a shame there is no B&W in the 3-series, Harman Kardon is definitely inferior to B&W..

I had the B&O system in my F10 M5, and I feel like the B&W system in my F90 is much better. I doubt you'll find many that disagree.

B&O in my Wifes audi q5 sounds way worse than my h/k im my x6 m50i. So i ordered the x6m comp with b/w..

@@sirgareth5283 heard the B&O (705w) in the A6 and it was meh. Sounded better than Burmester Surround from an E Class though. H/K in an M3 was also okay. All of them were worse than the Meridian in the Evoque lmao

so the mercedes benz e class standart burmester is better than this
