    Aaron Harrison The closer a weight is to the body right in front at your feet the harder it is compared to a barbell whose plates are away to the side. WSM in past had a weight of I believe over 5OO pounds that they had to lift up steps and strongmen had a very hard time with this relatively low weight.

    This is one of those instances that makes you seriously doubt certain versions of feminism. These women are females doing what they do because they want to, outside pressures pressure them to NOT do this. They still do, they get no recognition from most women. In fact they get mocked by most women. I am not a woman. What they are doing here is amazing. This is a shit ton of work, they put in with full knowledge that they will never ever have the hopes so many women have in other arenas of physicality. On top of that, most dudes would probably love them for their personalities more then the physical attractiveness. Every dude I know of including myself views women physically.....at first.....the cooler she is the more attractive she becomes. It's weird to me to, it's fucking fact. (unless you are nothing but a person whose ego is based solely on outsider perception)

  • @lenisemicolon

    @lenisemicolon

    Why do you need to criticize hypothetical feminists to complement these women? You can just complement them. There's no reason to assume the competitors are mocked by most women, especially when the negative comments are from men saying they're unattractive or masculine.

I hear people complaining that other people say that stuff a lot more than I ever hear anyone actually say shit like that, other than maybe as a joke. I think you would have a difficult time finding someone who really believes that in modern western society. I won't say its completely non-existant but it is at most an EXTREMELY small and insignificant portion of the population who think women only belong in the kitchen and rearing children.

    What does everyone who ever lived have to do with anything, I'm talking about the year 2018, and I do not need to know everyone alive on the planet to make an assessment, experience with people I do know and have meet throughout my life as well as what I see in the world around me on a daily basis would suggest that what I said was fairly accurate. What, women today should have a complex over how shit was 50 years ago? Also, she didn't sound like she was speaking in past tense but like she had something to prove today.
