I believe so..they look the same. Not sure if weight is. .check it out. .... ..i think Markus was most dominant best champion of all ..and I'm American... ...i always wondered what happened to guys like Dominic fillieu.. ..no they aren't the same but the wght is.. Sorry I stsnd corrected...not Markus but mariuz..?..however you spell it.. ..but I love watching all the old skool strongman shows...some are a joke but lots of cool stuff too .. ..im nowhere near a strongman only 5 11...280lbs w a 430 bench..700 deadlift at 51 yo...i used to have a 500 press..280 overhead..cpyld never quite get three plates up .but natural ..no peds..ive seen what they do to people and think its one of the worst drugs u can do ..it kill your liver kidneys and you half the time by age 50 if not sooner.. ..i don't think shaw uses or zavikas..but a lot of them do..and you don't have to really as long as you take the right supplements aminos and protein n push yourself you'll make good gains irrespective..

@@bflexIf what you said is true then if you would have taken steroids you would have been set for strongman, but very smart for not using them. Believing Shaw and Savickas didn’t use them is a bit naive imo but since it can’t be proved everyone is entitled to their opinions 🙂

It’s a bit annoying when Scandinavians start to talk about viking genes and how only the strongest survived because of hard live… life was hard everywhere not just in Scandinavia
