Walk at home as you get those steps in for improved health and weight loss. Walk at your own pace and take breaks as needed. You won't need any equipment for this workout.

    Wow! First time in YEARS able to stay walking that long without back/hip pain. Posture correction plus variations seemed to aid. Many thanks for giving me hope for improvement!
