@@lynettesmith6971 yes, eating the olives is the way to go as you’ll actually receive the benefits of the fruits nutrients vs just the calories from the oil - if you look at all packaged foods in a supermarket, you’ll be surprised as to how many have oil in them (many types of oils), if looking to take care of one’s health, definitely don’t trust the food manufacturing industry as they’re motive is definitely not your health (it’s profit) & don’t be conned that the word healthy on any packaging means it’s actually healthy or better for you, always check the ingredients on any packaged foods - just do the research - refer to Dr Esselstyn’s research via KZread, or check out his book “How to Reverse Heart Disease” etc - hope this helps.

The Blueprint Snakeoil is 499mg/kg of polyphenols. I just got an Italian oil called Quatroociocchi thats 736mg/kg but it was simply too bitter to use as dipping oil so I am just going to use it for cooking.

@@harrietforde7151 check out the book “How to Reverse Heart Disease” by Dr Caldwell Esselstyn - his also got some great videos re presentations & interviews he’s done around the world on his research & work in this very field - he certainly helped me - I’m now 65, but some just over 3 years ago my health wasn’t too good - my weight was 94kgs, my Cholesterol count was 7.8, my major organ inflammatory factors were very high etc - my Dr wanted me to immediately commence taking statins - I chose not to take the statins as I’d never taken an ongoing prescription in my life & decided to research an alternative way (via diet & exercise) - I conducted extensive research, hence eventually finding the work carried out by a Dr Caldwell Esselstyn on this very subject - I read his book on “How to Reverse Heart Disease” - & went the whole hog & undertook his advice in the book - the end result - well on returning to my Dr as a follow up to my last visit some 4 months later, my weight went from 94kgs to 78kgs, my Cholesterol count went from 7.8 to 4.2 (it now sits at 3.8), all inflammatory factors to major organs non existent - my Dr on examining the blood test results thought she had the incorrect blood test result - but it was mine & she was amazed - bottom line, it worked far better than I ever anticipated, I was disciplined - I now lead a Plant Based Dietary Lifestyle, eat like a pig, & have never felt better - hope this helps

Incorrect - if you want the facts on Olive Oil & every form of oil in relation to the negative impact on your health & in particular one’s Endothelium system & heart disease refer to Dr Caldwell Esselstyn research (head of the Cleveland Heart Disease Dep’t) who’s researched this very issue for over 40-50 years & has the only independently medically & only peer reviewed white paper research on this very issue in relation to dietary impacts to heart disease - in fact Dr Esselstyn is the go to Heart Physician for his fellow Heart Surgeons for patients of whom they will not operate on due to the high risk of dying on the operating table - this video is nothing more than an advertisement for Olive Oil - if you want the benefit of the Olive Oil, eat the fruit itself & never ever the processed oil - processed oils of all foods are nothing more than calories & will negatively impact your health

Fat in general is good for us and our brain needs it to be healthy. GL G 🫡 Also if ur frying/deep fat frying anything use animal fats like lard/tallow i insist m8, tht shits way healthier...as even gud oils (olive oil) shouldnt be put over 200 degrees.
