Over 50s Walk Off Fat Fast 20 Minute | Fat Burning Workout | Fitness videos - Welcome to my 20 minute fat burning workout. This walk at home workout is the perfect way to kick start your fitness goals. This easy to follow walking workout is easy to follow with exercise demos given throughout the workout. We will spend 30 seconds on each walk followed by 30 seconds light low impact cardio exercise.
At the end of the walking workout there will be cool down stretches

    Day 2 being back and just did this walking work out Anthony, I have to say it was a lot more exhausting than I thought it would be - but again I absolutely LOVED it. Back on to a 30 minute work out tomorrow. Do you do a 30 minute walking work out Anthony? Great to be back, can’t understand why I ever stopped but back for good now 🙌🏻 Keep up the great work Anthony. Regards Mark

    Hello Mark, Great start to the day. Well done for day 2. I think there maybe one old one in the playlist. But haven’t done one recently. That’s something I can do for the future, no problem. It feel great doing exercise. I found a new cardio workout for me and that’s chopping up wood with a axe. My god it’s hard work but fun. Keep up the consistency. Have a fantastic day.     @@4by4circuits Chopping wood with an axe!!! That sounds really hard work Anthony, sounds something Rocky Balboa would do!! A 30 minute walking work out would be great, I actually found the 20 minute walking work out just as testing as the 30 minute work out yesterday which really surprised me. I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back and doing your work outs, feels like coming home if that makes sense, I’m actually looking forward to doing the next one and can already feel my body reacting after 2 work outs - in a good way. Onto another 30 minute work out tomorrow, I’m alternating between a work out and a walking work out and will try and do 7 days instead of the 5 I did before as I want to get a daily exercise routine into my day now.
