As requested, here is another workout for you. This one is all bodyweight and is just over 20 minutes long. Big thanks to my hubby Dr Tom for writing these workouts and directing them. It looks very challenging as well as helpful to surfing. I will attempt it, once I've recovered from your 30 minute bodyweight workout. Thanks for doing this.

My chiropractor loved the last video u did. I’ve been doing the bridge for quite a few years now for my back, but not with the leg lifts. Looks great. As always Thanks 🤙
