20 Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout (Build Muscle & Strength)

Today I have a workout that will target your arms, chest, back, shoulders. Basically your entire upper body. Tone and sculpt from home or at the gym. All you need is a pair of dumbbells.
I was using 10kg dumbbells for this workout.

    Thanks again! This workout is so helpful to me that I did it twice today, with much lighter weights than you use and with some modifications/alternative exercises for second round.     By the way for the people who doesn't have dumbbells - you may replace it with bottles of sand or water! Sand is kinda heavier than water so you have 2 options. I'm doing so in my workouts and even made a guide on how to do that. Because I'm in Ukraine and gyms are closed here so I'm working with something I have in my house)

    I do a series of workouts throughout the week and this is a staple of mine! Do it 1/week since getting back into working out 2 months ago. Good job! Only suggestion/question I have Oliver is you could post in the description the calorie burn range. Would make it easier to determine approximate cardio needed, intermixed with the strength training.

    Thank you, Oliver! Very enjoyable dumbbell workout. I used a set of 8 lbs weights but for the overhead presses, I switched to 5 lbs and it still burned 😂
