    You’ve created the PERFECT chi/movement routine for this 87-year-old woman who loves it and loves you for doing it! I’ve been looking for a total body workout that combines chi, strengthening, and agility. I can see how this is going to take me to my goal and continue to nurture me as I age. Watch out, world!     I have stopped temporarily my practice of QI Gong for a a while, but I was crouched in my attic for a few hours yesterday and I am feeling it today, I will soon be starting the practice again. My motto is keep moving.

I loved the 20min QIGong routine, however I am not so keen getting down on the ground due to my age and stiffness. It would be wonderful to have a routine that we can remain standing yet still igniting our Qi. and something I can do anywhere even at work.     Lee, do you have already or would it be possible for you to demonstrate the floor exercises adapted for a chair. I have had knee replacements and it is extremely uncomfortable to get onto the floor and off, and in between is not easy either.

    This combines so many elements I have been exploring recently as if the universe was preparing for this in advance so I would appreciate it better and have finally found the routine I’ve been seeking my whole life.
