Let's see how long I can go! Day 1 - ✔ I haven't exercised since forever and nothing has made me sweat this much since the start of 2022. Day 2 - ✔ Pain in my tighs and legs are still there from yesterday's workout but I worked out agai today. There's some stressful things going on in my life I just want to forget it all and drench in exercise.

Beiinay u can do whole body fat burn excercise . In periods if we do fat burn excercises so we burn lots of fat.💜I known you are army (bts army)right?🙂

this is my new favourite workout, it's doable yet still gives you the burn. Imma try to do this everyday for the entire month of February and see if i notice any changes update: not done regularly but for about 8-10 days, lost 1.5 cm in upper and lower thighs
