It sounds like the anti-diet to end all dieting. But it's not. In fact, Noom is a diet that has contributed to many people's eating disorders. It promotes unhealthy patterns of thinking that psychologists and registered dietitians are vehemently against.
*Even though you rest after a certain exercise and you feel like you're not doing it right, just know that it's still much better than people who don't do the workout at all. ❤️❤️❤️*

I devided my weekdays in different body parts like Monday abs and legs Tuesday Cardio and arms Wednesday Abs and booty Thursday full body HIIT......... as the different parts i wanna lose fat from

I've witnessed your growth in youtube. I've been a fan of all the workouts that you do. I stopped for a certain period of time because I got pregnant. Now, I want start working out again with the help of your videos.
I only made it through half of the workout last night (sick and having a hard time breathing) but man do I feel it in my thighs this morning! I am going to do the second half today. Hopefully soon I can do the whole workout!

i just started emi's workout for 3 weeks but haven't feel any change in my thigh..trying to have small portion of carbs and have more protein..any suggestion???

I'm starting this workout coz my biggest insecurities are my thigs... nvm i've been doing this workout and this is my 4th day day 01: I'm not tired after this workout but that night pain literally killed my legs day02: YEAH DONE , NO PAIN NO GAIN 💜 day03: not in a mood but did it anyways but i'm sweating a lot ..no pain in legs ig they are strong 😂 day04: its today and i did this yay and sweat as usaul gonna do this for 2 more weeks ..fighting💪 Day05: omg I did this .. 💦💦 my legs are shaking 😂 Day 06 : I did it but only for 15 mins idk I felt a lot of pain in my thigh muscles Day 07: yay did it 😀 it's already one week Totol one week experience: okay so did this for 1 week but actually I thought to do it for like 20 days ..and yeah I will continue doing this workouts . My weight always fluctuates between 63 and 62 so I thought okay let's see if I can see 60 on my scale and today morning I saw it 😀it's 60:6 and im so happy and I will continue this workouts thanks to emi wong ❤️ you are the best 💪 fighting 💜 TADA....I'm 58.3 kg now🔥 Boom 58 57.7 57.3 57.0 56.7 56.4
