    Ok so imma give you guys my results [Disclaimer : I'm a very short person like 148cm so that's why some measurements are smol] Start : Waist - 26 inches Thighs - 21 inches Calves - 17 inches Currently : Waist - 23 inches Thighs - 19 inches Calves - 15 inches Will update again after i finish this week's workout :D As you guys can see, it's really effective and I also got abs and leg muscles from doing the exercises. Like what emi always say, no pain no gain. Goodluck! UPDATE!!! I'm done with 5 weeks of working so here's my results again! Waist - 22.8 inches Thighs - 17 inches Calves - 14 inches Also I did 100 pushups and situps in 1 min everyday!! I hope you guys are doing great with your workout routine! :)

    @@laurazhu9495 hellooo! So as of today is day 33 of my workout routine. I did 2 10 min abs, 2 10min leg exercises or 20 min of each. After that I do 100 pushups (everyday) and 1 min sit ups :D

    I'm trying to do this two months ,together with her stretch video Height: 164 cm Weight: 51 kg thigh: 47 cm calves 40cm Day 1:done Day 2:done Day 3:done I found this not detailed enough so I measure it again Left thigh:55cm 46cm 42cm Left calves:35.5cm Right thigh:56cm 47cm 43cm right calves:36cm So I’ve been doing it for 2 week now. Here’s my result Thigh:52 45 43.5 Calves:35 Satisfactory since I wasn’t on a diet or eat less junk food I even order pizza hot dog fried chicken,etc

    your videos change my life i even started a workout schedule for everyday now. *Workout Schedule* Monday: 30 min full body. Tuesday: 5 min belly fat. Wednesday: slim arms. Thursday: 15 days inner thigh/ every day. Friday: 10 min get rid of side fat.     Week 4 gang, we've come very far, so if you see this you should feel proud of yourselves. We will get through this together, its just a few more days but it is definitely worth fighting for. I'll be honest, it has been a little rough, I have been on and off with my diet but it isn't something you should worry too much about. Having a little snack or two isn't going to hurt you, you just have to be mindful of the portions. 😇 Current weight: 134.0 lbs Current measurements: Bust - 38.7 in; Waist - 30.8 in; Hips - 35.4 in; Thighs - 19 in; Arms - 10.3 in Final Weight: 134.2 lbs Final Measurements: They are still the same as before Day 1: ☑️ The last two exercises are killer but I managed to get through them 😭 it’s that time of the month so it’s a bit of a hassle lol Day 2: ☑️ My body aches but it’s okay, what matters is that I finished the exercises without falling to the floor 😅 Day 3: ☑️ I just wanted to lay down on the floor after the last exercise ended 😂 Day 4: ☑️ I’m actually proud of myself that I got through this hour workout without stopping. Goes to show that doing these exercises for these past three weeks have made me physically stronger 👁👄👁 Day 5: ☑️ I honestly wanted to give up because I wasn’t in the mood to exercise but I ended up finishing and now I can finally relax 😓😓 Day 6: ☑️ I’m very happy to have completed the full four weeks I will update this once I have all my measurements Day 7: ☑️ I will post the final results above with the measurements from before

    @@ingridsitu Hello! My legs have slimmed down, when I first started, they had a little more fat to them, I can definitely feel the muscles. My clothes are alot more baggier than they used to be. As for a diet, I cant say I follow anything I just eat alot of protein and less carbs. ☺

    It's my day 27 today! 1 day left yeeeeettttt I can't believe I almost finish the program, one thing for sure before this I always had trouble sleeping as it caused me having neck and back pain/cramp almost every morning. When i started this program, maybe bcs I've finally started working out, or maybe because of the stretch that you included, I no longer have this problem! Thanks emi! Also wow I finally can see my collar bone, and like you said maybe at the beginning we can't do some of the exercises but encouraged us to keep trying and woww I was shocked at myself for being able to do the straight leg sit up on my Week 3! (I've never done any sit up my whole life - that's how much a beginner I am) for those who just started, DO NOT GIVE UP! like she said, u'll be surprised by your determination once you completed all the programme, good luck! ❤️ - also this is no sugarcoating review, it is 100% what I've experienced, imagine how I was able to diligently follow day by day workouts considering how lazy I am

    day 1: i love this workout so far its has a good burn im very exicted to see results. day 2: I did it, but i was a little sore. day 3: i got day three done and i felt a more intense burn. also i took a small break half way into the workout to redeem myself!

    I'm on my leg workout today. You're just in time. Anyway, I am following your one month calendar for months already, the one with benchmark something, and it really works. Just make a proper diet to make it more workable. Thank you so muchhh!! ❤ Update: I DID THIS TODAY.     I started this program yesterday and gave up at the 2nd set. I wasn't able to concentrate on what I was doing. But today I'm gonna do the full body HIIT again before doing the 2nd day exercises and this time I'll do it RIGHT!! ❣️ I'll finish this program well! And share results with you Emi!     Literally she is the best! Like I’ve tried many workouts before and programs but really I couldn’t complete them cuz they were soo intense and hard. With her we are taking it step by step there is no interest workouts or jumping but you still feel the burn, I do love taking things slowly and she nailed it♥️♥️♥️ love u so much really

    Did this one today as part of 4 weeks challenge!! Trust me today’s workout was like easy yet i felt alot of burn!! And the best part is that this video has like whole 15 new exercises!! Thats the greatest part!! Just loved it♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Guys i recommend everyone for emi’s workout!! Her workouts are the best!! There are varieties!! And it burns as well as its doable! And you really get to see the results , if you are consistent in it!! I havent seen this exercises in any other videos in youtube!!

    This workout is amazing I did it constantly for 3 weeks and I can see massive changes on my legs and thighs...! My elder sis was like how it's that possible?...and now planning to work on my upper body😍😍😍 In this exercise.... only frog Scot is bit hard Keep going
