    It’s been almost 3 years since I came across this video while looking for a “workout video to slim my thighs” just because I wanted my jeans to fit me better. This video marked the beginning of a lifestyle change for me. In the past 3 years, not only did i end up “slimming my thighs”, but I also ended up losing 25 lbs by staying in a healthy calorie deficit, incorporated various workouts, and learnt tons of recipes (got madly addicted to cooking in the process). I just came back to say that this is where it started. This video right here. Oh also, I have all her sentences from this video memorised since I still do this routine almost everyday lol!

    okay so I've been doing this workout for about 2 months and the results ARE AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG I literally lost so much fat around my thighs but I'll be doing it for another 2 months bc I want them to become more slim and I TOTALLY recommend this workout (btw nothing happens overnight so keep on working and I know you'll get your perfect body)

    I’ll be doing this workout for the entire month of may and I’ll give updates along the way plus what eat, also for a little context I’ve been doing another emi Wong thigh work out for the past but haven’t seen any improvement so I’m switching to this one (this is all coming from a teenage girl doing this quietly in her bedroom so if I can do it you can too) Day 1: done. I did it I wasn’t perfect but I did it, I didn’t have so much a burn but I am out of breath and sweating like hell. One tip is make sure to stretch before the workout it makes a hell of a difference. What I ate: Ok so I’m going to to lie I did this work out for a couple week and was seeing some good results but I got sick I couldn’t to it for like a week then just completely forgot abt It but now I’m doing the work out again plus the Chloe ting 2019 2 week shred. And for anyone asking what I was eating I pretty much just ate what my body told me not over eating and not under eating pls like so I remember to update :)

    So I’ve always been insecure about my thighs and just legs In general. But just being a week into this, I have noticed so much :) I have been drinking more water, became more active, haven’t felt tired all the time, and my thighs have been getting slimmer. I recommend this workout to anyone who is insecure about ur thighs! Even if your not feeling motivated then just push yourself, because in the end your gonna thank yourself ^^

    kay so i’m going to do this for 2 weeks from today (24.07.2021) left thigh - 50 cm right thigh - 51 cm i’m going to update! day 1 - ✔️ day 2 - ✔️ day 3 - ✔️ day 4 - ✔️ day 5 - ✔️ day 6 - ✔️ day 7 - ✔️ 2 week! day 1 - ✔️ day 2 - ✔️ day 3 - ✔️ day 4 - ✔️ day 5 - ✔️ day 6 - ❌ i was out the whole day and did 30k steps instead lol 😭 day 7 - ✔️ (06.08.2021) left thigh - 47 cm right thigh - 48 cm woah so overall i really recommend doing this workout 😭 imo its not vv hard to do and its only 15 minutes and gives great results so if u are wondering whether do it or not, do it!! good luck everyone

    I will update Day 1 ✅ I did stopped for 5 secs while doing the second last exercise It pained a little . Day 2 ✅ Today I didn't take any 5secs break. I did it . I could feel the burn. Not much of visual differences. Day 3 ❎ I couldn't do it because of work. Day 4 ✅ I did . I could feel an extreme burn. My legs are sore. Day 5 ✅ Finally !! It pained a lot today .

    @@peppapigperez8534 I started by 22nd Feb and till the end of April - people started appreciating my noticeable difference. Consistency is the key and I completely quit sugar, fried items. Plus, I added walking for 30-40 minutes before this workout.

    So good!! I think the reason this one works but other workout videos haven’t for me is because SHE GIVES YOU TIME TO STOP. You feel a lot of burn but it’s not nonstop and impossibly fast like a lot of workout videos are. I thought I was going to have to keep pausing the video to keep up but it never happened once. And you’re doing a different thing every minute, so you never get bored, and because you’re not bored, you get less tired imo.

    This is the routine I've been waiting to find😍! I have pcod so it's v difficult for me to lose weight and do difficult exercises. The ones you showed are so easy to do and I can also feel the burn in my thighs, even my wait in a few of them. Thanks a tonne 😍

    I’m glad there’s no jumping because I want to hopefully and finally feel genuinely confident this summer wearing a bikini and shorts and so I’m working towards that I’m going to try do it everyday for a month and hopefully see some results also going to try eat healthier, but the only thing is as soon as I say anything to my parents about w/o or eating healthy they automatically assume I’m having issues like an eating disorder etc, which is not the case yes I want to loose wait because I’m not confident in my body but I want to do it in a healthy way , so glad I can do this without feeling anyone is judging me 😁

    My update- Before: thighs L- 55 cm R- 55cm Day 1: Done✔ Day 2: Done✔ (intensely sweating while writing this ; the burn is real 🥲) i have also decided to do flat belly workout atleast 2 days a week & cut down on sugar & calories as much as possible) Day 3- done i think i will switch between diff exercises cause i didn't felt too much burn today Day 4- done

    ALRIGHT Genuine feedback!: did this (with calorie deficit and 5k steps a day) for 3 FRIKKINN DAYS and my thighs are 1 INCH slimmer. 1 FRIKKIN INCH IN 3 DAYS. SO motivated to lose 2 more. will update soon.

    hello hello alright hi!! i am on the keto diet which means that i can eat a certain amount of carbohydrates. i have done other workouts, none for legs though. i’m on the woman workout one, and i do angel abs, slim arms, and angel butt. on youtube i do this one and waist exercises. those are pretty much all the workouts i do. my keto diet i’ve been on it for like 2 months. now the workout, i did it twice a week and i’ve already started seeing results. :) it really does work

    day 1- ✅it was pretty good! im def sore now, esp from the chair pose but i kinda enjoyed this :-) im gonna try to do this for 2 weeks so i hope i keep this up. im doing it along w a tummy workout. see u tomorrow x day 2- ✅✅ did it twice! i was really sore today but im proud of myself. dont see a change but it did get a lil easier.

    weight : 56 kg waist : 77 cm thigh : 55 cm I've been trying to work out for a while now but I often give up very quickly so I decided to share my progress with you to try and motivate myself. Let's start tonight ! ps. I'm gonna do this along with alexis ren's 10 minutes abs workout day 1 : abs (x2) + thigh (x2) day 2 : abs (x2) + thigh (x1) felt really sore day 3 : abs (x2) + thigh (x2) weight = 55kg

    hello person reading my comment! I’m going to be doing this for 1 month, I’m trying my best to drink as much water as possible in a day but it’s not easy when I have a pea as a bladder. Another thing try add veggies in ur diet and no sweets in the week! Only a few in the weekends, that’s usually what I do!
