Follow along as we work our way through 20 different exercises hitting EVERY MUSCLE in the BODY. We are going to work for 45 seconds on each exercise with 15 seconds REST 😊

If you are a beginner, try performing each exercise in front of a mirror to practice correct form. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right. Correct technique is very important for your health and safety.

Please Note:
You cannot spot reduce fat (we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat).
For best weight loss results I recommend;
1. A slight calorie deficit, I say slight, as slow steady weight loss is best for overall health.
2. Increasing your exercise duration and/or intensity so your heart rate is elevated. For example HIIT, cardio, LIIT workouts.
3. Workouts that will develop and strengthen specific muscles for your desired goals. For example Pilates, weight training, body weight exercises.

Roxanne I absolutely love your kettlebell workouts! After a knee injury 3 years ago I’ve struggled to find a workout I enjoy. The 20-30min workouts are perfect way to start my day before heading to work ! 😊

What a fantastic workout, Roxanne. I love the combo ideas and will work them in to my weekly KB routine. I was practicing with a 50lb KB and felt challenged during but refreshed after. Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽!

This kicked my behind and I LOVE It! I need an alternative for the push ups, rotator cuff issues. What do you recommend? I'm sweating like rain!!!! Feels great!

You can do some single arm chest press with the KB or double. Chest fly or alternatively you could hold the plank 👍🏼💪🏼✅ well done!

Generally I liked the moves in this, although I was glad there were only a few swing rounds (I know they're good for me but I prefer pure KB strength moves). I also used a stool under my hands for some of the moves - the KB feels too unstable to me.
