Thank you for explaination of how those fuzes work, despite seeing schemes I had some problems in properly imagining its operation - I also see you made ton of vids on other fuzes and stuff, instant sub for me!

excellent video. I had always suspected that they operated on the shock of launch/acceleration arming them, but couldnt figure out how they fired. Nice work. No offence, but could you speak a little louder please?

It will take a while since if you know my channel it tends to be slow as I also work. I will look into it today though see how much I have to do for it.

Brother, the 67-style grenade with wooden handle is based on the principle of friction, so how does he prevent moisture?

  • @Stray03

Not sure about the Chinese grenade but the German ones were sealed in a metal container of lead or aluminum, only installed before going into battle to keep them protected. And I assume where the wire comes out you have a waterproofing material keeping it from getting wet.

@@Stray03 The German one is also based on the friction principle. I got damp after three days of making it and it doesn’t sound.

You can’t please all the people all the time 😳 I actually think your voice is good. Clear to understand, pleasant and relaxing. It suits the subject matter because of no over the top excitement and over enthusiasm it comes across as factual and concise. Like a doctor or professor. Gives you gravitas and credibility. 👍 Thanks for the upload.
