Replaced By Super Bazooka, which was then replaced by Carl Gustaf 84mm

    This is like a weird hybrid of recoiless rifle like the M20 recoilless rifle with the perforated cartridge with propelleant and pressure bearing launch tube but with a fin stabliized projectile like the M20 Bazooka. fascinating,a 360* choke nozzle outside the actual projectile

    Very much. I found the idea interesting. I would like to find more info on the hammer so I could see if that weapon did the same thing.

    Why doesn't the charge blow out the back of the tube? How does eject the projectile?

    The charge acts like a recoilless rifle. Just slower. Comes out the sides of the case.

    Nope the rocket acts like an inverted nozzle where the nozzle is a donut around the rocket rather than a hole in the back.
