I was at this game. That place went ape shit when Vincent returned that interception. I miss Marino and Brian Cox. Those were some fun teams to watch. Always had a chance to win.

People seem to easily forget Irving Fryar, who was to me the best WR in Dolphins history. OJ McDuffie was a rookie that season I think

I was never a fan of getting rid of K. Jackson for E. Green. Jackson was a much better receiving threat than Green could’ve ever dreamed of being.

Finally someone else who agrees with me. I always said the same thing. Keith Jackson was much more of a receiving threat and opened the middle of the field.

Something happened after losing in San Diego playoff game the year before. This 95 opener was one of the loudest and most exiting game I have ever attended. I couldn't hear myself think inside that stadium that day! It was loud. That was a long time ago. Will we ever get back to our former glory with McDaniels?

Sad month of May the loss of a great dolphin .R.I.P coach Shula we will miss him. Always had the fans are their toes and the unforgettable moments. And the most important record that will never be broken - " 17 -0 " undefeated 1972 season and 347 games won beating George Halas record of 325 games.

1994 was the last season of Dan in his prime. 1995 was a solid season but things started catching up with him during it. The great "what if", what if he hadn't torn his achilles.

The year that started so great until week 5 and Dolphins had a 24-3 lead over Colts. Then as I talked with another fan we said" Shula will come out and sit on the ball." They lost and went 9-7 after a 4-0 start. That ended Shulas career and Jimmy Johnson put the final nail in the coffin after coaching only 4 years.

This was before my time I was born in 2002 and I like Sports history. Let me say this hiring Jimmy Johnson was the worst thing to ever happen to this franchise he showed his true colors which was a quitter he was already burnt out by the time he came. Unfortunately that started the trend of coaches only being here for 4 years and then leaving . Marino was absolutely miserable playing for him you can just sense it. I met him here on Long Island NY couple of years and ask him how he felt playing for Johnson and Marino being the kind of guy he is said it was ok and I didn’t believe him for one second. Now to my other point the game didn’t pass Shula by I know that was the saying during the 95 season it also didn’t help the Johnson had a radio show who was constantly bashing him every week. Shula actually was very adaptable to situations that was one thing that Dolphins fan didn’t understand. Now it’s 2022 and it still holds evident that every single Dolphins that wanted him out cause game was passing by have been proven wrong. The 95 season was our last year we had a top ten offense and Shula was 65 in 95. 26 years later we haven’t even come close to 10 offensively wise. Shula had more Success in his last 4 years than Johnson had in his 4 years. It’s going to be 30 years since our last AFC championship game appearance hard to believe and that fact that Shula was our last coach to do that speaks of how good he was at his and that we didn’t appreciate him enough. Shula made the Dolphins fun to Watch Johnson made the Dolphins boring with their anemic offense that sucked and 26 years later we still don’t know how to operate like a football team.

The pads they wore were much bigger and the uniforms were bigger, bulkier, and not form fitting like they are now. Equipment / Technology has changed over the years. They are still as big as they looked in this video. Players are probably stronger and faster in today's game with more access to gyms and sports programs / facilities.

I already made up my mind. This year I'll break out my 1984 APBA season set & have the high octane Dan Marino charged Dolphins with the Fabulous Mark's Brothers" of Clayton & Duper run a muck!!! Already have the pre-season & the regular season schedule made out already. Till August, I can lean on my APBA 1993 Braves to pull me through. Great times for sure, no matter what the sport. Football, baseball, & yes dare I say it, NWA Wrestling with my tabletop game. What a RUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
