Ron gives up the Fords, perhaps at the wrong time. Nice pre-race footage of the Pratt & Miller shop. Price ends up with a paying ride in a Camaro (WhoTF was "Highway Master" anyway?) after GTP died. Don't forget to say "Hi" to the new Dodge Neon! Also, "Fast Five" qualifiers are still inverted. Oil is slippery. And guys running Oldsmobiles aren't having much luck, even though the ones that are on the grid are RWD instead of the FWD in the commercials - even Gentilozzi is running "Rocketsports Camaros". Oh, and the old Mothers' car wax ad with the rollerskate girl is in there somewhere.. ;)
Apologies in advance for the audio sync being off..I work in TV, and that kind of stuff bothers me, too. Don't remember if Prime Network had that problem back then, or if it's just my Roxio Easy acting up when I digitized the tape.

I remember staying up way too late and watching re-broadcasts of the races from this era when I was a child, just in awe that such a thing could even exist, and it's very likely to be where I first found my love of motorsports. I just found this today, and I just want you to know that I am extremely thankful for you uploading this footage, you gave me back a little piece of my childhood today
I thought 1960s and 70s Trans Am were something else, and the 80s as well, but man oh man the 90s Trans Am do looks amazing! But I’m a fan of the Pony War cars from the 60s-70s! Been watching the Trans-Am Series! I gotta say, it’s painfully underrated
I love how they kept the races moving back then, this was a fun watch. Today a race like this would be tedious because they'd be throwing full course yellows at the first sight of a skid mark.
My wife and I drove up from Cincinnati that weekend in 95. First time we saw CART at road america. Saw IMSA previously. Incredible. got Tommy Kendall on the back straight away on video checking out the CART race. I said Tommy! Hi! Flashed me the peace sign. Loved watching trans am here.

I do remember recording this on VHS which I probably still have in the garage and how frustrating the broadcast was not having any sound.
