Ahhhh the good old days when CPR meant Crash into the house. Push them into the Ambo. Rush to the hospital. My back still hurts from trying to do CPR in the back. What a ride! Beautiful!

I really miss watching emergency on TV Land. One of favorite shows to watch on that channel

LEDs can be swapped out by an owner who actually cares

I agree with all the other comments in reference to the L.E.D. lights in the grille. They need to be halogen alternating lights to look more 'period correct". They just don't look right. They do look like Christmas lights. Other than that,the car looks great!

I was a teenager back then. I remember seeing these everywhere. Good memories.

I joined and got my EMT in 1974. Our county had a Caddy (originally my Vol. Depts) and a Oldsmobile in Reserve status. I have been on calls in both. Ride was smooth as silk, but they certainly were not designed for patient care!!! Definitely more designed for "Scoop and Swoop".

I love this! My 3rd cousin, Frederick Dozier Gardner, designed and built ambulances & hearses...along with caskets/coffins before entering politics!

Very cool! The only thing I don't like is the LED lights on the front grill. They look like Christmas decorations. Not sure why the owner would have those put on. They need to go. Otherwise, a stunning car.

Nice job on everything, except that no 1969 Cadillac ambulance would have LEDs. Unfortunately these LED blinkers stick out like a sore thumb.

oh god bring back memories , drove a cadillac ambulance back in 70s little different top but had 4 lights and big cherry light on top , the rest of unit look same what a ride

That is what I started running ambulance in, good ol Cadillac's, back then was fun times.

Very cool! Love the paint colors. I know you didn't do it, but those front led lights have to go imo. Everything else looks so correct.

Got the '69 Fleetwood Brougham in my fleet, its so interesting seeing the variations on the car that have existed. Would own one of these and loan out to movies.

Restoring the old history... lucky you get to do that, it would be nice if some small department put one of those back in service as a BLS non urgent life threatening medical unit, if someone fell got a cut and needed to be transported to the hospital but didn’t need to be attached to any life support equipment that would be cool... of course highly unlikely that will happen.

The mechanical siren is fine, but the electronic siren does not sound period correct. The yelp sounds like a 1970s era Federal electronic siren.

Lots of the older cars still being were retrofitted later with electronics, which were a great compliment to the old mechanical growlers. Never a sweeter sound than a B&M or Q2 paired with a Federal yelper!
