I installed something similar to that in my 06 NIssan Frontier CC. But I added the oil temp. guage and a tranny temp. guage also. Had a small oil leak at first so had to do some modifications to fix it. Not as easy to install if u ask me. Thanks for video.

This does not really help at all. What does the hand gesture at the end of the video mean with the remaining four fitting? Thank you for trying to help but it did not show anything of relevance accept how to screw things together! lol! What we need is an actual installation video giving everyone an example of how to mount the cooler and oil filter adapter in a vehicle.
