I wasn’t a strong believer in frequencies & meditation but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything.... I am pleasantly surprised and grateful for this video. I hope this video helps others as much as it just helped me.... the pain is mostly gone and I can go to sleep now. Namaste 🙏🏾

My partner and I use this to sleep and have every night for the past year ,it's the best one we found for insomnia,stress and pain.

Sitting on a dock over looking a misty dead calm lake 45minutes after sunrise 🙏Everything is exactly perfect ❤

It's a full moon, it has rained, been very windy, hailed and rained and very sunny today.

Was having serious pain after getting my first ever flu vaccine. Even after taking pain medication, it was doing nothing for me. I then came across this video and listened while laying in bed. It put me to sleep quick and i woke up with less pain. Wow.

What do you think of adding whale song here and there? It's beautiful and calming on its own, so if it's possible to add it non-intrusively, I wonder how it would work with bowls. It would be our oceans' version of birds singing in the background.

You may already know this but this channel did a wonderful series called "Diving Into Deep Space" that used whale song. I don't think it used bowls but it was really nice nonetheless, some of my favourite content from them 😊

Raw almonds are a natural anti acid. Eat a few small handfuls. Much more effective than anything on the market. They are alkaline. A small glass of almond milk works too but don't think of it as milk or you may not want to drink it. It's NOT milk lol. It's thin and watery and not bad at all, just bland🌞❤️

Don't ever let go of the seemingly unattainable. Those that reach for the road stay the course. This is the sort of material used for inner peace and the frequency seems to be a good vehicle/a tool for aesthetics - in itself more like the 'native language' of spiritual beiings etc. Sounds like claptrap to most yeah I know, but I mean it sincerely. 🤔😑

Really nice ~

One meditation that I love is resting a soft gaze on the jellyfish. After a while, you see many different things in it. It's similar to Rubin's Vase, Kanizsa Triangle, Schroeder's Stairs, The Necker Cube... just letting your vision see the ambiguous images that come and go. The meditation can include the discipline of detachment, not attempting to grasp and hold a particular image, and not reacting with glee or shock when certain images unexpectedly appear that seem mind blowing. Just observe from as much equanimity as you can without straining to do anything but continue watching. This carries into daily life and helps you relax and remain centered by responding to thoughts and emotions instead of reacting to them as you go along.

Hi can you please make this rtecording available on Tidal in full resolution quality? There is still distortion heard in this youtube stream. You can hear it still has digital artifcats when you amplify it on really wattage serious speakers. Other than that its a nice sounding recording.

It says heals organs. I have been diagnosed with aortic stenosis. Can this heal my hearts Aortic valve so I can avoid heart surgery?? Been listening to it regularly. Doing meditation in a hot bath while my bluetooth speaker blasts this and vibrates the whole tub...... Hopefully it will work...
