Meditation can help a lot of people. I think everyone should do it. No matter the religion. This works. It helps to relax and be so much more positive. They should play this in schools and stuff. I am from germany, but people all over this world come toogether to listen to this beautifull music. Like we are all connected. Like sisters and brothers. I’ve been seeing shadow figures that forms spirals or they go into each other or shadow people in my meditations for so long. Usually with a purple or white background. I know I’m seeing thru my third eye, I can never make out what these flow of dark figures are. Maybe it’s whatever I want them to be 🤷‍♂️

You can't return to oneness when everything has been changed out or mixed with because we only absorb our kind cells and atoms from all those that are belonging to us like a process of separation from.
