@@tashat60 There's some really great research on self-compassion, and also Internal Family Systems, which is an evidence-based psychotherapy that really is inner child work. I recommend the book, Self Healing by Dr Jay Early, or anything by Richard Schwartz. :)

Ok, so, many people say that chakras are a load of bull, and thus, in turn, these frequencies are nonsense too. However, there doesn't need to be any argument for the validity of these frequencies, simply because there is empirical evidence that they work. So where is this evidence? After a lifetime of crippling anxiety and years of healing, I finally realize that I just have to let it go. Let it go with love and compassion. This pattern served its purpose and helped me feel safe when I needed it. But I am ok now, I trust myself. Even though this anxiety has been a lifelong companion, I know it doesn't help me anymore. But I love and accept it completely. How could I not? I have known it my whole life. It's going to require a lot of courage but I choose to let this fear go now.

Ive been crying nonstop for months. Im only 18 but due to circumstances out of my control, ive been suffering great pain and anguish every waking day. After a while it starts to feel normal, you begin to accept this pain, anxiety, and disconnect from yourself. But if you too find these emotions becoming routine, it's not. I needed to release this in order to reach my fullest potential and listening to this rn my brain feels comforted, and for the first time in a while i feel at peace. This is this greatest therapy. To whoever invented this, you are a blessing to the universe.

i just had an extremely tough week after seeing my cat attacked by a dog.. went thru several days of recovery but he was somewhat older and his body wasn’t ready for a tough recovery after the trauma.. im heartbroken, distressed, hurting, crying and have gained some ptsd when trying to sleep..I’ve been having nightmares and can barely sleep.. he was raised from a tiny kitten to a big 25 lb mini lion. He was my Sunny, my big teddy bear, my special extremely loved baby.. i feel better knowing he isnt in pain anymore.. this music is helping me very much right now. Thank you

Try to remember that they are human just like you, and they are likely hyper-focused on themselves as opposed to you. Remind yourself that others make mistakes, embarrass themselves, have insecurities, etc. just like you, so they have no room to judge. I recommend looking up “Taming the Mammoth: Why You Should Stop Caring What Other People Think”. Its an article I read at least once every month and always find it useful.

I see you! It's ok. You're ok. You're NOT alone in that feeling of "insanity" For me "insanity" is that build up of rage, negativity, fear, loss, isolation, expectation gone off the rails. I cry too. You're not "Psycho" because you won't act out on that feeling. It's just an awareness. What I find very beautiful and healing is that you came out the other side of that lunacy and felt peace. Hello youtube family ❤️! I have to share my weird experience with this video this morning. I was sleeping while this music played and I had a strange dream: I found my childhood magic pillow, just the same color as the color of the screen, and it was playing music. I hugged that pillow and felt such comfort and relief, as I never felt where I was awake. I don't remember that I had "magic pillow" as a child, only my favorite teddy bear. Seems that this music has strong influence on our subconscious feelings. Wish you all comfort and relief I experienced and everything else that you need. Love and hugg to all of you ❤️!

( Not english native here ) I think god communicated directly with me ... I still got the tears, because i feel hes watching me. Its all started when i prayed him with all my heart because i kinda hit the bottom 1 week ago. The last 6 days ive been listening to 111 hz frequency, and reading a lot of spiritial things to become a better person, the thrue me,i wanted to be at my best. I was on a spiritual quest. Sequence number started to appeared everywhere, and i thanks the angels because it guid me. I have seen a lot of thing science cant explain since i am young. When i was 14 years old, i saw 2 spirits kids walking toward me and crying while poiting at me, and when i stand up they disapeared. I think i understand now. I am feeling a rush of calmness and tingles through my body

This really helped low back pain I've been having for a while. Got up this morning, and realised there was no pain, and started having very positive thoughts about my life and future. I started making plans in my head about my success. This is a big deal for me, as I have always had long bouts of depression, and constant feelings of failure/inferiority. Was always attracting egoic men who tried to dominate/bully me. Now I feel such a shift in my own consciousness. It's so amazing a frequency can do all that, but then frequency and vibration are the stuff of creation 😊🙏💜📿

I AM aware of this depression, I’ve know it to be apart of me since I was 4yrs old. I have realized that when things bother me it triggers it. I have become a more in tuned with my spiritual body of light and have learned to acknowledge things and let them go if they don’t serve me. I no longer get triggered into depression because I let go of the things that trigger it. Thank you depression for being with me for so long, I love you. You made me strong. Now it’s time for us to part ways. Good bye.

There were other people on fhe otherside , However I was unable to get to them. I felt warm and loved. Small animals were also around and some of them even spoke!

Forbidden Fruit this is crazy. I’m sitting in a beautiful field right now listening to this, in the mountains none the less! So mountains all around me but I’m laying in a giant area of grass between them and just got done with a run laying here with my shoes off and meditating. Feeling connected to earth. I was also just letting the sunshine help me with a protection of happiness around me. It is very peaceful and uplifting. Reading that I felt so weird cause I’m literally here right now lol and there’s a few nearby houses I hear dogs barking. One headphone in and one out so I can listen to both this and Mother Nature. Also this could be just a migraine but I’ve never had one so I’m not sure exactly, but it could also be my third eye. I have great pressure in between my forehead and eyes

what a joke!!

I am fourteen years old by I'm awake and conscious of everything around me. I'm healing my fears and anxiety through this. A year ago, I am not this girl. Year ago, I am just girl whose materialistic and blinded by the society around me. I am kpop stan, I watch bac things because I thought, that was right; that was normal since everyone around me does that. But then I felt that I was missing something. That being Kpop fan girl is not enough for me- that being that girl is empty and full of hatred. 💜💜💜💜💜💜Meditative Mind's audios are a real gem. They are very effective. I was listening to another channel (they do morphic fields and similar, you know the "big" channel I am talking about) and that messed up my whole week because such frequencies can have dreadful side effects. I was feeling anxious, negative, fearful and everything was going wrong. So I came back to Meditative Mind (this channel), and this audio, after 40 minutes of listening to it, has finally managed to make me feel better. I’m so grateful such videos exist. This world is full of fear, anger, divisions and despair. We all just deserve to be loved, seen, understood. Maybe I’m presenting a utopian vision, but I don’t expect perfection, just wishing all people, especially those who’s suffered deeply for years… May you find a peace in your heart and your mind. I understand your struggles.

This is so relaxing, I don't know what does it feel for yall but to me it feels like being in a garden full of weeping willows, with a stream of clear water flowing, and in the meantime the willow branches are bathed by the waters of the stream, and it seems the willows are crying, but not in a bad way, and then there's me, sitting on a rock, admiring the landscape and feeling like I'm at home. I don't know why, but this scenario always pops up in my head everytime I listen to this frequency. Sending love and peace to everyone who's reading this comment 💕💕

Wow i felt instant calmness coming over me

This is the only frequency that allows me to have clarity and peace of mind to be honest i think its the only thing allowing me to keep going thank you so much
