As a young person who is slowly getting over their fear of adults you don't know how much this helps me. Bless you and your beautiful child. Remind them their not alone and give them their space. Tell them I said things may be tough but it gets better and you're probably tired of waiting for things to get better but they are. I understand that it may not always feel great, and unfortunately transformation doesn’t feel great at times, which is absolutely ok 💓. I’m wishing you much love, strength, wisdom, courage and determination with moving forwards. The old parts of yourself are only showing up because they’re wanting to be transformed, forgiven and seen through the eyes of love. Trust in your timing. What’s meant for you is meant for you, first trust your intuition on that and never let any other person make you feel otherwise about what you know, deep down, to be true. I’m here for you, brave one. As the other comments meet you with love, know that I am here as well. We may not know each other nor will, and regardless of that, I’ve got faith in only the best working out for you. Whatever is meant for you, for your highest good and brings out the most unique, authentic, inspired and beautiful version of yourself, will be totally worth it in the end. Keep preserving & pushing through. I love you 💝🤗 I hope that you’ll look back on this period and be grateful for the challenges because they help with persevering and building your inner strength. It’s the essence behind your dreams and the fact that you’re willing to surrender the ego + the outcome in order to continue forwards with bravery, with faith in the Universe, in the YOUniverse, that is the most important factor. And considering that you are not just a human being but a spiritual being, let yourself surrender to the Universe and work with it to co-create a life that is in accordance to your desires (highest good, of course). Everything happens at the divine right timing. Remember, focus on what you CAN control (i.e. thoughts - falling into a negative thought is ok, it’s normal and do the best that you can to not beat yourself up. What matters the most is how you choose to react to it because the light and the darkness/shadow is just as equally as important as one another, actions, habits, beliefs, the energy you give out, etc.) Trust the process, as challenging as it may feel. I’m with you (in heart/as part of the collective consciousness) and support you every step of the way. Let the Universe focus on what you CAN’T control (I apologize for the capital letters, no intentions of coming across as shouting but rather to spread my message), such as the timing, the form, other people - like how everyone has their own timing with growth and change, how others are (as hard as it can be, it’s important to accept everyone for exactly as they are because it’s not you but them who are the ones that must put in the healing +work) /when. Don’t beat yourself up about your past. Leave it behind but take the wisdom with you, thus providing good judgement and knowing what serves you + what doesn’t. Sometimes the most difficult relationships are mirrors of what you need to heal or for example, your parent(s) are teaching you to love yourself through them struggling to love themselves. I hope that you’re understanding what I’m saying, it’s highlighting the importance of wisdom and learning to accept that you can’t change others but should consider seeing them through the lenses of compassion. Not sure who will need to hear this, but forgive yourself first and everything else will fall into line. By radically accepting + forgiving yourself, that will heal the external relationships that need them as well but don’t try to push or basically “try” too hard. And truthfully, it will help bring all which is for your highest good towards your way. Forgiveness and healing is a natural process, thus is unable to be rushed. Anyways, I wish you all the best of luck. You’ll come out of this radiating divinely, and if it feels otherwise, your feelings are completely valid for feeling that way and I hold much compassion for that, believing that your greatest good will come out of this. There’s light at the end of the tunnel and I wholeheartedly believe in your greatness. 🙏🏻✨💫🌠🌌🌅🌄 🌛🌟🌸✨TRUST IN DIVINE TIMING ✨🌸🌟🌜 Keep shining your l i g h t and following your true soul calling. Nothing and nobody can stop you from stepping into your power, thus creating the life that is in accordance to the highest most divine benevolent timeline possible for you. 🌟💐

I came here whenever I had my darkest times. I came here when I had panic attacks. I came here when I felt weak. I came here when I was about to throw up. I came here when I was heartbroken. I came here when I couldn‘t sleep. I came here when I was anxious. Every video I watched was good but it was not like that. This cures like everything. As soon as I listen to this, I feel home. This has been my experience with a few meditation videos on KZread. I have to sleep to them every night now, this being one of them. Thank you for putting this out there because I relate to this comment immensely. I've finally come out of the darkest place I've ever been in my life and meditation has become one of the biggest parts of my life now. I can't go a day without it anymore. I hope you can say the same and you're doing well. You are important. This one comment was important to me, thank you for that. I guess it is the butterfly effect.

This Butterfly Effect changed something in me. I always believed that when you put out high vibration actions to the world, these high vibrations will come back in manifestation of things, people, places and events. This means, you "attract" something in return. However, when I learned about the Butterfly Effect, I was stunned by this philosophy. Butterfly Effect comes from the perspective of "giving freely" just because you understand that your small positive actions can benefit someone and something - somewhere, somehow. Even if we don't know who, when or how. Giving is divine. How much more if we give freely. Thus, Butterfly Effect philosophy. How do we make this as part of our newfound life? The simple task is to consciously do, think and be the source of high vibration or positivity even in the smallest way we can possibly give. A smile, a blessing, a cheer, a kind word, appreciation... Even in a loving kiss. Not only we make this world a better place but spiritually, our soul becomes more radiant, beautiful and aligned.

Haha yes strongly agree. The Butterfly effect has , is and will always be at work. Weather you may wish to add spirital belifes is a matter of choice as such. Free will is example of that. Thanks to the science descurvering things . Facts which we add to our knowledge about reality . We can move forward on to one next generation and the next to come. But remembering lest we forget about war and its history. If it wasn't for the British soldiers. My personal language would be different if Germany had taken over the UK back in 1939 - 1945 . As an example. Suppose it is true then through our personal lives that good / bad things come in all shapes and sizes . Thank God for sincece. God be with u all

I meditated to this a few weeks ago and felt the peaceful, loving presence of my future child within me... it's difficult to describe, but it was a very gentle and beautiful experience. I've always wanted to be a mama, though have medical issues and was not planning for a baby at this moment. Days later, I discovered that I was indeed pregnant with a little spirit!! It's an overwhelming time, but when I listen to this track I'm reminded that everything unfolds as it should, to trust our intuition, and that magic is possible ✨

@@WuestenFuchss1 Yeah, and it's pseudoscience. Every musical note vibrates at a different frequency, and there's nothing special or 'healing' about a particular one. That's like saying the letter X has a healing factor. It's pure garbage.

10/10! Highly recommend! Turned this on while my son was throwing a fit.. he stopped crying, cleaned up his toys and climbed in bed.

Cosmic blessings to you all. I have never meditated before few years ago but interested what is about. At the beginning I was not sure what I was doing but keep doing it. Now meditation take me anywhere I desire. I have learned a lot about who I am what I want and the meaning of life . I love to meditation. I’m so great full I can do it any time I want. I’m thankful that I somehow come across guided meditation which extremely helped me at the beginning to focus my mind. By meditation my maid now do not worry or think negatively unnecessarily. It knows me and is looking after me. Meditation take me to higher conciseness dimensions with higher energy vibrations where there is abundance of love and peace , calmness and happiness. please keep practicing and the change for better will come. The power is inside you. Love the planet and us..☯️☯️

Many great prophets have said that on Earth, the battle between good and evil is going to be won by the good. If a person is bedridden, even unable to talk, they can still think of all people that they love and keep on sending love from the mind, and collectively we can all join in.

I had the worst anxiety , exhaustion and headache before listening to this. I can slowly feel it all disappear 💕

MANY TRAUMATIC YEARS OF LIFE HAVE WASTED AWAY BUT STILL I WIPE AWAY THE TEARS, LITERALLY DRAG MYSELF FROMN THE FLOOR, ENDURE THE PAIN, PRAY FOR BETTER, STAND AND SHOW UP WITH GRATITUDE, OPTIMISM, ELEGANCE, AND THEREFORE, ESPECIALLLY FROM NOW I DESERVE A MUCH BETTER LIFE.

This is like a small clearing in a forest, made with everything needed for you to care for yourself. Water to wash your body and hair, radiant sunlight to dry yourself, flowers to kiss their fragrance on your skin and warm grass to lay yourself to sleep for a restful nap. Thanks as always for these wonderful frequencies.
