It makes a refreshing change doesn’t it. I have just come from some other KZread channels like the news and some crime channels and the comment sections are dark, angry, cruel places. People are so bitter snd angry at one another right now and as an empath this sort of thing really upsets me , drains me and puts me out of sorts. I’ve come here to defuse myself from the madness and I refuse to get pulled into to drama. I want peace, freedom, kindness, understanding , ,oneness and love for myself, my family, those I love and for everyone living on this planet. We are heading down a destructive path right now and it worries me. Bless you x

What I noticed and learned is to be patient with yourself, you can never rush because time will never slow down or speed up. Just relax and know that everything will fall into place when you decide to appreciate everything around you and then work through what you want to get where you want to be, you will noticed what it actually means to be alive and live.

Once you become curious again, you get your power back. We're here to experience and observe. Be the child scientist and watch life and watch yourself allowing everything to be. When you get to the other side you will not wonder why you were suffering, you will be thankful for everything, including the suffering because it is rich and deep. Suffering has a way of stripping down all the fakeness to reveal only truth and although the truth can be painful, it is powerful and so are we, when we learn how to turn our suffering into an immense creative force. But you must be the observer, otherwise the suffering becomes part of your identity. Remember that you are formless and your only identity should be the curious observer. Watch the pain, watch the suffering, tool out incredible gifts and ride the wave when the happiness comes back. Don't take it so personally, we're not human after all, we're spirits in a human dimension. Love with all your heart even if it breaks a thousand times because that's the only real freedom. Love this life so hard it has no other choice but to love you back. ❤

Do not ruin a great today by thinking about a bad yesterday... your life and soul is valuable beyond measure... you have the ability to manifest whatever you desire! it takes hard work and discipline but you have that inside of you as well; us humans have deep reservoirs of talent and love within us... we are drawing from an infinite stream of imagination! truly attempt to connect with God and stay focused on your path. you will continue to see signs on your journey; pay attention to them. once again, if you are reading this - it doesn’t matter what you have done in the past, you come from God just like me and no matter how far you have strayed you can come back - I love you. This makes me feel that I am safe and that there's nothing to fear of. I am stressed out right now and this just helps me to feel calm.

first frequency and i had chills down my spine. while i watched this video i thought the first step to healing is understanding that things don’t have to be okay. something is bound to go wrong, that’s not in your control. what is in your control is how you heal. i am so proud of all of you for sticking with yourselves
