After a hectic day, I always turn to healing meditation videos to unwind and recharge.

I have been using this the last four nights and been sleeping with on my cell phone without headphones and I noticed that I didn't have any nightmares or which was fine with me because I rarely have a good dream. I usually wake groggy and unproductive but this has sharpened by mental clarity and made me want try. Thank you so much.
