  Bro miralax is fucking evil . I stg . It always gives me a bad reaction & my mom & sister we’re telling me today it’s prolly just in my head & so I took it cause I have bad constipation from methadone & it’s 1:30 am & I have to be up at 5 am & I feel AWFUL , my stomach & my heart is hurting & burning , I feel so sick I wanna throw up , my heart is beating fast , I’m struggling to breathe , my brain feels weird & is tingling like I feel seriously fucking awful & I’m so mad at myself for listening to them . I just wanna go to sleep … I feel so sick … make it stop please God

  God loved you first, and will forever. You are all so important to Him, and I hope one day that all humans can understand that. Whether you believe in Him or not, He is always there waiting for a relationship with you. He does no harm, and only has love in His heart for you. The bad that happens in this world, is because of the enemy and due to the fact that humans have free will, meaning they can do bad or good. I pray over every human listening to this, that you may be healed of all your pain, traumas, and sadness, and that you come closer to God and find yourself in Him. My life used to be so dark, filled with trauma, pain, depression, addiction, relentless anger, and confusion for over a decade. I got baptized a year ago, at the age of 28, and my life did a complete 180. I am no longer struggling, but have strength, resilience, and joy that I cannot explain, but understand because it came from the lord. He healed the things I never thought could be healed, and the peace I carry in my heart and soul today could never compare to where I used to get it from. No matter what, as long as I lean on Him, I know I will be okay, and get through even the toughest of battles, because life still will consist of hardship but how I handle it today is the difference and I can get through it with far more ease. I want this for all of you. If you are struggling with depression, or wish that you were never born, please read the book of Job in the Bible. I promise you it will help and you will understand that you are not alone. Sending my love, healing, and positive energy to you all, forever ❤

  sometimes the silence at night freaks me out so l looked for music to make me feel not alone and I prefer the calm ones I've found several others but they just irritated my ear I think this one is quite suitable got my whole body healed while sleeping, who knows 🙏
