    Today is March 6, 2022 Day 1 I have successfully completed the first day. I am out of breath I feel nice and hot and revved up and ready to start on my day the total amount of calories did I burn for this workout what is 90 just 90 crazy how this work out really get you grooving and moving. The life that I didn’t know I took 1894 steps the total distance was 0.99 so pretty good I’m ready thank you I needed this work out. Day 2 today I did this workout outside because it was really nice out there and it was a totally different experience it was very fun and very relaxing being able to do it outside and be in the open. And I felt like I put in more work because I had more space and I was just out in the open able to just do as I please. So it was very nice to do it. I told amount of calories did I burn for this workout was 175 so I think I did more than I did yesterday so that showed somewhat of a difference right there. The total amount of steps that I took was 5108 so that’s pretty good. Day 3 I completed day three today and I’m so very happy about that. The total amount of count is that I burned with 84 I did this inside of the house so as you can see doing it outside and doing it inside makes a difference. Overall great workout really great workout. Day 4 Before has been successfully completed. I told him I’d calories did I burn for 89 so not much for some reason wanna do it in the house I’m not actually burn a lot of calories but it was raining today so I couldn’t go outside. I love it it always feels really relaxing D’y 5 successfully completed. I’m at my grandmas house. I had to do this work out quietly because everybody is asleep. The total amount of calories I burn is 88. Overall I feel nice and revved up and ready to go the total amount of steps that I did was 2272 steps see you tomorrow Day 6. Today has been successfully completed. I did this work out after work so you know I feel great tomorrow calories are burned is 84 not too much I cannot tell you my total amount of steps because I’ve been walking all day because I was at work so if I tell you that it would be incorrect since I have been at work but overall I love doing it walking workout it really does be feeling relaxing I’ll see you tomorrow Day 7 The first week of this workout has been successfully completed. What I will say is that over this week it has been great relaxing fun there has been days when I have felt a little hot didn’t intense and there have another day where it’s a breeze and it feels like nothing at all. What I will say is that the total amount of calories did I burn was 94 so I did increased today overtime doing it inside just always great to hear. My total amount of steps that I took for this workout was 2651 steps great steps great movement but overall yeah I will see you tomorrow Day 8 today is the first day of the second week I have successfully completed it. Overall they’re really really isn’t much to say because I love this work out and it just does a lot for me today I will say though my feet I can feel them pumping so I did the first sunroom normally but yeah I told amount of calories and I burn today was 89 so not so bad. The total amount of steps that I took for this work out where 955 so apparently didn’t take a lot of steps today its a little sad but still do the work out I could tell that I must be getting used to it in my body is need something a little bit more challenging but this is just preparing me for my next work out within a couple days shortly Day 9 done not much anything to say. Day 10 done. I told him out of calories did I burn was 96 cal and I told him I just upset I took was 2050 steps Day 11 I did this workout while at work it was really fun being able to workout with the students and they seem to had fun without knowing they were working out 🤣 Day 12. Successfully completed this workout for today. The total amount of calories in a Burnsworth 83 I can’t tell you the total amount of steps because I had already put my watch on to do some stuff so it would be in accurate Day 13 done. I did this workout right after work. So I feel awake. My total cal burned was 94 Day 14 congratulations to me. I have successfully completed two weeks of doing this work out. Let me start off by saying today I am out of breath and I am hot yesterday I gave it my all I wanted to give this work out everything that had to end this week off strong. Told him I calories in a bird was 89 kind of bad but I noticed this particular workout this time around wasn’t that much for me to burn I cannot give you had told him out of steps because it will be in accurate since I’ve been wearing the watch before I started to work out but what I will say is that I love their walking workouts it’s very relaxing and always fun to do it doesn’t make me feel pressured or anything I can just go with the flow and sometimes I need those types of workouts especially after a long day of going to work and after a long day of going to my classes and doing my schoolwork and taking care of my business so it’s always nice when I do their walking workout. Well I’m off to another one of their channels to pick a video that I will be doing for the next two weeks.
