15 Minute Dumbbell Tricep, Chest, and Shoulder At Home Workout

Grab your dumbbells and let’s get into this chest, tricep, and shoulder workout. We’ll be using trisets, with each exercise focusing on one of the muscle groups and then repeating each triset for 2 rounds. We’ve got 3 trisets in total, so this is a great fast and effective workout that you could easily repeat if you want a longer workout.
30 sec on, 15 off, 2 Rounds
Chest Flys
Overhead Tricep Extension
Shoulder Press
Pushups
Tricep Kickbacks
Lateral Raises
Chest Press
Skullcrushers
Alternating Front Raises
