    I watch a lot of fitness videos and you are pretty much the ONLY ones who do number of reps instead of timed exercises. It is so refreshing that you’re not afraid to be different! You’re doing great and this type of workout is much appreciated!

    I did HasFit workouts back in 2018 and 2019 and I can't belief HASfit is STILL going! Even though I do not do hasfit workouts anymore my fitness and health have not as I do college ahtletics. Had I not got interested in fitness back then I woudln't be a college athlete now!

    I like the addition of the D superset. I've been doing the previous version of this workout for a couple weeks and felt I needed just a little more tricep action.
