    Combined this one today with my 45 minute sculpting lower body workout and had a really burning morning 😊😊. My legs were on fire when doing this upper body workout 😀. Compound moves are my fave! Incorporating lower in the workout body when working your upper is awesome😊😊! Thank you, Larie!

    Damn! Great covid-19 workout! Definitely got my heart rate up. . Couldn't follow her 100% of the time, but I just did my very best, took 1-3 second breaks when I needed, and joined back with her when I could. This is a great way to track my progress, as I'll be doing this video again for sure. Thanks!

    This isn’t a prenatal workout (there are no cues relating to pregnancy at all). However, the exercises in this video are prenatal friendly. Ways to modify would be to: Decrease the range of motion with the lower body. Lighten the resistance Slow down the pace. Hope this helps ❤️

    These are all exercises I did during both of my pregnancies. However, everybody is different, so I always recommend checking with your doctor before beginning any new exercise regimen! ❤️
