Genuine team players know their worth but also ewcognise when they are being played. Don't be used as a pawn on a chessboard their will always be Kings and Queens and they know the moves ahead of time. As with chess moves be three steps ahead. Put your mental aquity and worth to the test and don't stay on a board where you know your not welcome.

A tough one to follow in an era that changes their sex almost daily & adds pronouns like it's a "respectful" game. Nothing IS exactly what it is. Staying stable, centered, humble & respectful IS the name of the game. My tolerance for ignorance is 0 while maintaining civil kindness.
