00:02 Having a negative mindset can make your mind weaker. 02:27 Complaining about things outside your control weakens your mind and puts focus on what's wrong. 04:55 Expressing oneself authentically is essential for mental well-being 07:24 Blaming others for our problems weakens our minds and takes away our power. 09:45 Fantasizing instead of visualizing weakens our minds by disconnecting us from reality and can lead to disappointment. 12:10 Neglecting personal relationships weakens our minds and hinders our joy and support in life. 14:34 Letting emotions rule weakens our minds 16:55 Cultivating emotional intelligence in Buddhism helps us respond wisely to emotions instead of reacting impulsively. 19:04 Dwelling on the past weakens our minds and prevents us from fully enjoying the present or looking forward to the future. 21:09 Letting go of the past creates space for new experiences and opportunities. 23:20 Cultivating equanimity, authenticity, and self-love liberates us from the mental weakness tied to worrying about what others say and do. 25:30 Buddhism teaches how to overcome habits that make us mentally weak.

Write down on paper with a pen, every mean thing a bully has ever said to you, try and write down absolutely every, single thing. Once you have written it all down, take the paper to somewhere safe outside where you can set light to it with a match. Do all of this when the sun has gone down, you'll notice the flame turns blue as it burns through the wording. The next morning when the sun comes up, you'll start to let go of what the bullies have said, and this will be your day! 🕊

One thing i leant different from others in you is it is important to exchange or be open with our ideas opinions suggestion critics for the world to know how we feel against overall view points of others analitically based on genaral back ground to fundermental issues on every day situation to life of theirs in return to ours and their application from principals of buddhism is a bench mark towards both eliminating mental instability and both keeping our bodily fitness on the redar simultaneously so that it wont bother our inner stability and outer stabilty with enviromental changes.

Except for how I allowed the imbalances of sadness and confusion to overtake me for such a long while. Healing journey is going well though now that I AM internally staying in mindfulness. "Our actions have consequences"- indeed they do, but what if things have gotten bad when there hadn't been any action by oneself, but WAS the actions of others? I can give several examples, but this one will do; Lets say you move to a new place away from home, and someone, who does not even know you, says things about you that are 100% untrue. We know the sayin "a lie can run around the world before the truth even has its boots on". Therefore, due to the lies that have been spread, you find yourself unable to get a job, or a place to live, etc. What was the action on the part of the initial person? Moving?

Thre is a Shiiva in all of us just Like Gautam Budha...or Jesus Christ or Allah.,or Mother Mary or Mahishasur Mardini God gave everything....but we are crippled in our thoughts because of hammering of religion to believe that we should follow only one. That is the irony of Life and humans. Only if humans believed and understood that the journey towards life is not oly Moksha,Salvation,Jannat or Nirwana...but Humanity is....The Earth can be Heaven. The idea that my God is the only God and the rest will go to hell is the only reason for the chaos in the world. Vasudev Kutumbakam is the only way forward for a Happy life and Peace and Love in the world. Moksha,Salvation,Jannat and Nirwana will follow . Vasudev Kutumbakam. Love to all from an Indian Sanatani brother, son or friend.
